  Have you looked at the articles of the basis of knowledge of troubleshooting issues with plugins like Flash or Java to solve common Firefox problems or use the Adobe Reader to view or download PDF files plugin?   Method 2:

  a. Click Start. Type cmd in the box start the search. Right click on cmd and select run as administrator.

  b. at the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

  ipconfig/flushdns (there is a space between ipconfig and /)

  You should get the number of the update of the updated history list and then download the file here: Microsoft downloads.
  If sure that nothing else is running, and then install the update manually.  Give it a try and let us know the results.

  Not an Adobe issue at all. If you want your files to a single digit (1-9) to appear before the 10, you must add a zero at the beginning.
