  There is nothing to enter because your license system is not functional. Reinstall the software correctly using the installer of the full suite, not some installers obscure single app or what you mean by "backup."

  You can change the installation location through the desktop Adobe CC application.

  Click the gear on the top icon right > select Preferences > section under the creative cloud, you can set the installation location.

  You can install Creative Cloud on as many computers as you want, but you can't be signed on two computers, and can use it on one computer at a time.

  Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the website of Adobe using your Adobe ID, download the creative application Cloud, then download the applications you want to use.

  Try contacting the Adobe Support via chat and ask them to reset your activations - don't ask more than that or they are likerly tell you to look on the forums for help (where no one can help with reset).

Mac.   Once, he finished his download that I click on the folder of Adobe CS5 Design standard and it opens a folder with the install.app file. When I click on this file I get an error message which reads "'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.  'Install' is the disk image 'DesignStandard_CS5_LS1.dmg' Safari download this disc on February 13, 2016.  He invites me to "eject disk Image ' and that's the end of it."    Any help would really be appreciated

  

  CS6 and previous programs have not been tested and will not be updated to run on Mac El Capitan

  -which means you are trying to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems

  -You can get CS6 and previous programs to install and run, or you can not (some do, some don't)

  -IF not, Details of the message from the error messages and a person may be able to help (just not Adobe)

  Maybe it's a fake because of Mac El Capitan and OLD programs error
