How to record sound with 176, 4 kHz, and 192 kHz with hearing?

How to record sound with 176, 4 kHz and 192 kHz with hearing on a MacBook Pro (Late2011, OS 10.10)?

I bought an ADICON SSB audio analog digital converter (ssb-SEO).

This device supports 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176,4 and 192 kHz 24 Bit Audio sample class 2.0.

Sampling by hearing works perfectly between 44.1 and 96 kHz. Soon, I have try 176,4 or higher, hearing said that the input and output device is not the same sampling frequency.

Saying this, the Mac output device is the build in audio and is limited to 96 kHz. In my case, I do need nit an output device, because I want only to save my music in the highest available sample rates, transfer to the PONO of Neil Young player and want to be happy.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Thanks a lot for your answer. Products like AUDACITY can enjoy Audio with 192,000 Hz and they also support listen-true. I'm a fan of ADOBE and do not want to throw my up-front investments.

Hope you understand what I mean.

BTW:, I'm an actor PONO and work with files without loss. Sample notes 192 kHz 24 bit and love the freedom to hear music.

You can also record sound using the microphone jack on the front of your laptop (line). Then, you can connect a Microphone or your guitar to this jack and record music using software like Audacity recording for example.

  • Cannot record sounds with microphone

Hey everyone, I have a problem with the recording of any sound with my microphone build-in on my laptop... I also uploaded a screenshot of the error message that appears when I click on the button to start recording (red circle)... I know it's in German, this is perhaps a few Germans who can help me, otherwise, I try to translate it in English!Unbenannt.JPG

I'm not familiar with this machine and I do not read German, but in the control panel Windows 7, you probably manage Audio devices, and also the Realtek HD Audio Manager.

Before you do anything, you must decide what sampling frequency you will work generally. Then, go to manage Audio devices, recording tab, select Microphne, then select Properties. Select advanced and set the sampling frequency to the one you want. Go to the enhancements tab and uncheck any "improvements" that appear (note that there may be a scroll bar to reveal more), then tick "Disable all sound effects..." Go back to the recording tab, and then select the Microphone as the default device.

Perform a procedure of similat to the Read tab and in the sounds tab choose No sounds like the sound scheme.

Now out of this Audition CS5.5 and open in Audio hardware installation, make sure you that have selected high Ms.

The Panel configuration Realtek HD Audio manager can have options that do not follow the settings of the control panel of Microsoft, so it may be useful to check the settings there to make sure they are the same as the Windows settings.

Yes providing you have a decent microphone and, preferably, a USB audio interface that accepts the microphone. It can be done using built in sound card, but it's not really recommended if you want good audio quality.

  • Satellite A660: how to record videos with USB webcam?

I recently bought a Satellite A660, which has a built-in webcam. Using the Toshiba provided video application I can record videos, but I find the clarity and brightness of the rather poor image, even in good lighting.

I have a USB webcam that I plugged in and tested for example in Skype, and he produces images much better under the same conditions. My question is: How can I know Toshiba video application to use instead of the built-in USB webcam? I can't find any settings where I can choose which camera to use.

If this is not possible, do I need to install other video recording software? Windows 7 does not have all the applications where you can simply record a video from a webcam (I thought Windows Move Maker to do that, but apparently not).

I just want to be able to record videos of my USB webcam - any suggestions on the best way to proceed would be welcome.

    Thank you

    Howard

Put I don't think something like this is possible. Pre-installed Camera Assistant Software is obviously designed to work with the built in cam only.
What you need is a third party software that you can use for this application.

Google around a bit and visit a few video forums where you can pick up some info on it.

  • How to record TV with Media Center (Windows 7) to a network drive?

Well, you would think that the new MediaCenter Windows 7 would live up to the recording of your TV for a network/player sharing. Nevermind, it seems that it is just not possible.

I have a windows 2008 R2 server and a Windows 7 machine with a TV card. Since my server has 2 TB of storage, it would be nice to save directly to a network drive. (I rode like Z :).

    I tried the following:

    1. By selecting Media Center itself: does not. Is not available.
    2. Editing the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Service\Recording to RecordPath Z:\TV. Does not.
    3. Editing the registry: set RecordPath to \\server\TV. Does not.
    4. Create a symbolic link (mklink \D) of Z:\TV and \\server\TV with parameter in the registry under RecordPath.

I am currently out of options. I could of course install Windows7 on my server, but I have no license for this, and my windows 2008 r2 is free from dreamspark.

So: How is the world possible to make this work? And why not just MediaCenter detects my network sharing?

Record on the network is not supported.  The smallest hiccup of network could cause problems with registration, or even TV live as the recording buffer would be located at the remote location.

One thing you can do is to use Windows Home Server Power Pack 3 and its function of archive TV which you can configure to automatically move all your records or only those you want.

    Hello

It would probably be you will have to read carefully the documentation net.rim.device.api.system.EventLogger.  In particular

-"No matter when you intercept a Throwable object, a message is automatically saved."  Literally, if you try {blah} catch (Throwable t) {}, it will record a message in the category 'Java Exception.

  • Satellite P500 - Solution how to operate sound on XP 32-bit and 64-bit

    Hi all..
Now, I write here how I did something that seems impossible...
I mean sound running on a computer satellite phone / qosmio p500/505 300/500
and other models with Conexant sound card high definition on x 32 / x 64 Windows XP sp2/sp3...
I know that many of us have a problem to run any noise at all,
the fundamental problem is that Windows XP doesn't have a built-in driver files
are responsible for the recognition of the last sound based on the high-definition audio cards.
Latest patch for kb888111 system published by Microsoft to address this issue was published in 2005
and does not appear in the files that recognize the latest Conexant sound card.

next problem is the correct driver. Toshiba has not released XP drivers for the card its Conexant
for computer laptop qosmio / satellite 500 / 505, so you should find and use the drivers supplied by
the manufacturers of other computer models. most of the pilots and the best have to download Lenovo and Dell.
Personally I used to run the sound in my P500 drivers downloaded from the web site of Dell
more important in the downloaded drivers, then to install is to edit. INF file that is located in the folder
with the drivers. This file is a textfile and then edit it in Notepad.
Edition. INF file is trolling in the path to the identification of our equipment.
Hardware ID can be found for example in the Device Manager tab in the detroit, video controllers and games.
for most new toshiba laptop hardware id is:

    %HdAudioFunctionDriver.Pebble5071.DeviceDesc% = HdAudModel, HDAUDIO\FUNC_01 & VEN_14F1 & DEV_5069 & SUBSY S_1179FFD4

but it can vary so please check it on your computer!

Those who have managed to run the sound will certainly have to deal with another problem,
After restarting the computer no sound and the computer loses the drivers and settings
and next to the watch does not appear on the "speaker" icon. This problem is also resolved by me below.

    Now to work...
I assume that you have already installed XP x 32 or x 64, but not yet executed a sound.
to run the sound, install the chipset driver, then the kb888111 patch.
    If all goes well,
the devices of the system device manager tab you should found 2 entries "Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio".
where are these 2 entries, click on each of them, right click and select "update driver".
then you select "install from a list or specific location" and point to the location where you saved the
files that you have downloaded from the link n ° 1
Don't FORGET not to confuse it and do not try to update the x 32 system using file system designed for X 64 and vice versa
When we updated the system should automatically detect the sound card in Device Manager should be of about
5 points to mark yellow, four belong to Nvidia and one for the Conexant High Definition Audio HD audio.
Now, install the driver from the Nvidia graphics card that contains the audio driver. After the restart of the installation
After the computer restarts. Enter the Device Manager and it is more 5 yellow question mark points,
is the only one this one belongs to map its Conexant, make right click on this one in yellow and
Select 'update driver' and select 'install from a list or specific location ".
and point to the location where you saved the files that you downloaded from the link n ° 2
pointing hand and force the installation of driver. After installation, you enjoy the sounds.
Don't FORGET not to confuse it and do not try to update the x 32 system using file system designed for X 64 and vice versa

link n ° 2, includes the drivers that I have edited and I use myself

  • Satellite L300: How to record the sound from a video without sound

OK, yes the title of the topic is not entirely clear. Here's my situation: I just bought a Toshiba Satellite L300 with Vista; Realtek HD Audio Manager is installed. I would like to record the sound of a video file using Goldwave (a sound editing program); but I don't want to have to listen to the sound, while it's recording.

On Windows XP, you used to be able to record the sound of the stereo mix, but put the speakers on mute and it would record again. Now I find that I have to turn my speakers in order to record anything on my computer. (Yes, I fiddled with all mute buttons, insured that all reading and recording devices are working and front volumes. My current solution is to plug my headphones on my laptop and to reactivate the sound from the speakers to register... and not put the headphones in my ears)

I have now spent in the last 4 hours looking for a solution, and I must say it's especially ridiculous. I used Vista before and I've heard rumors of how many people hate, but honestly, how is it that now the audio capabilities seem to be reduced?

Does anyone have a solution of how to record sound with the speakers on mute?

    Hello

I also recorded the audio of a video file using another software called 32. and Win XP
I also used the stereo mix, but to be honest I have never muted the speakers while recording.
To be honest I n don't know if it's possible, but if you want to test, you can try the Realtek HD audio Manager in the access panel and set the speakers to cut on the first tab called speaker.
But as I said, I've never tested and that's why I m not very good if it will work.
