  One option would be to maintain the facility enabled on the old computer (if it is still in your possession and work) and install again on the new machine.  Your license allows you to have two facilities enabled, so you can keep the old one as a backup if you wish.

  Another option is to contact the Adobe Support via chat and ask them to reset your activations before you install on the new machine.  Ask only the reset or they might think that you want more of them to a product is no longer, they support and you turn to the forums where no one can deactivate.

  I bought Photoshop CS5 with an online retailer. When it arrived, I was surprised because they upgraded me CS4 CS5.

  I installed it on a great machine running windows 7, since the upgrade to windows 8. It was several years ago.

  I recently bought a new laptop, running windows 10. And I decided to move the old machine to the new Photoshop.

  On the PC, I suspended the activation and before you run the installation on the laptop.

  Install agreed the KEY, but when running - I'm invited to the key. When I enter the key, I get a warning message.

  There is another option on the old PC and it is to deactivate the system. But im worried now that I will not be able to activate it on the laptop.

  Any thoughts?

  I'm not 100% clear on what you're saying... you have a COMPLETE CS4 and CS5 UPGRADE so you must enter CS4 serial number during the installation of CS5, or you have only a full CS5?

  It is not much good news to offer.  The first reference below is probably your only shot without making a purchase, unless you could find someone to transfer licenses with.

  You will not be able to install a version of Windows on the Mac, unless you install a software emulation of Windows on the Mac.

  You will not be able to activate a Mac version of the software on the computer because your license/serial number is only valid for Windows.

  CS5 is too old to qualify for a swap of platform and Adobe sells more CS5 so you should try your luck with a third-party provider, if you have decided to buy a Mac version.

It; s OK print a copy - but then I can not change the print settings. Also OK with Word. I can print from my laptop is nothing to do with the printer.
