How to reinstall Vista without the disc?

How do I clean reinstall vista without cd, I have the code thouh.

Vista recovery media obtain and/or use the Partition Recovery Vista on your computer to the factory settings .

There is no Vista free download legal available.

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

They will tell you how to do this.

Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, Acer, recovery disk/s etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.
There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.
If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    How can I reinstall vista without the disc and remove windows 7 (an illegal version) also without the disc. I have only the original vista coded key stuck on the computer when the vista system installed on the purchase of the computer. My daughter was not happy with vista and had someone to install windows 7, which turned out to be an illegal version.
    Hello
    If you have a recovery partition likely has been cleared by installing Windows 7.
    You can try the recovery partition, no guarantees.
    There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.
    You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.
    They should do this for a small fee.
    To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:
    You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:
    And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.
    The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)
    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.
    Ask them to the proper key sequence.
    Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.
    If this happens, you may need to try this instead:
    You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.
    Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.
    And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs
  • How can I reinstall Windows Vista without the disc?
    Staples load Vista on my computer but never gave me the disc, I need to format my drive, but I have to for on activation code reinstall. What should do?
    You probably have a restore disk partition that can be used to reinstall Windows. See your documentation or check with Staples to learn more.
    Note that formatting the drive and reinstalling WIndows are a very bad approach to address any problem. What makes you think you need to do this?
    And please note that a subject line that says: "What to do?" we said nothing and is likely to get your question ignored by many people. The subject must always be a brief description of what the problem is - in your case, something like "Want to reinstall but have no disc."
  • How to reinstall vista without disk?
    Well I know there is no legal online space for re - download windows vista and I have read that I had to contact my cell phone provider for the recovery discs and so I have. I bought the discs for $75 and it kept freezing at 90%, regardless of how long I left it so I contacted Sony again and they were this hassle to contact the technician guy seemed like he had no idea how solve the problem and was just talking about things I tried already and then finally made me try the recovery discs again for the 100th time left assuming that could set my problem, which of course didn't. So then I took my laptop to a repair shop who said that my windows was completely wiped out and that I would need to get a new windows. I still have the authenticity of the Microsoft product on the bottom of my laptop. Is it possible that I can reinstall my windows?
    Other than try again with the manufacturer, the only option is to find someone (anyone) who has a real full Vista Installation of the drive of the same size of forest and borrow it to make installation using your own product key.  Then copy the disc if you "there be if needed once again.
    The manufacturer, borrowing a disc, or buy a new copy again (if you can find one).  Those are your only options.  If the drive they sold you is defective, they should be willing to replace it for free - I don "t see why you are having so many problems with them.
    I hope this helps or at least sets your options (that you seem to have already known).
    Good luck!
  • How to reinstall vista on the recovery drive D?
    About 2 years, a Sunday, my hard drive crashed and I was totally novice in time (as much as now, more I forgot the documentation provided with it, my "old" laptop Gateway) so I called a computer repair place listed on Craigslist (no classes please) and said that they could fix and I should just bring him.  Well, I need desperately so I took ("in" is a private home).  Hours later, I got a call that it has been fixed.  They did replace some hardware and the computer was working again, but they gave me the 'good news' that he had thrown an installation of Windows 7 free of charge.  I wasn't happy, but as I quickly bought a new computer with Windows 7 on it anyway, I learned to love it.  With a new laptop, I don't use it much anyway.
    A hinge fails to my 'new' HP laptop and a COMPUTER technician who is a friend is fixing to me.  In the meantime, I have to use this "old" laptop.  He began to act up and I did a system restore, which did not help.  I have recently met a disc of the operating system for this 'old' computer and it's a good thing because little time after the system restore, I received continuous messages of MSE I wasn't "authentic" Windows  It got really teed OFF... some good news-free-install, right?  I certainly didn't use software counterfeit... the only inconvenience factor is more than enough for me to come back on the right path.
    I decided to re - install my real honest to-God-Vista from the bridge of the operating system disk included.  I never had anything like the front and of course, when I was asked where to put the installation, I wasn't sure and so I put it on the C drive, thinking (just think) that things could spill over into the D recovery drive.  He does something like that.
    I tried to go through the steps I used to re - install Vista but it doesn't seem to want to pay attention from now to the OS disk when I use F10 at startup.  What can I do to get this on the recovery disk?  I think it should be there.
    I've already replaced all sorts of files, etc. from the backup I made before I did the re-install, if that makes a difference any.
    Please give me some instructions to get my OS on my D recovery drive files.  Thank you.
    Hello
    You can't put it on the recovery disk (Partition); end of the story.
    Your recovery Partition on your hard drive was photographed during the production of your computer by the manufacturer.
    If it is destroyed, removed, etc., damaged you cannot replace / reinstall or repair.
    You have the DVD anyway.
    See you soon.
    The hard drive failed on my HP laptop.  I bought a new hard drive (not HP) and loaded the HP recovery disks, but a screen will appear that says it is not compatible.  Can I use this new hard drive, or should I buy a hard drive for HP?
    I looked at a few tech forums and from what I can tell, HP crashes their system you can't use hard disks of third parties.  To make a third hard drive to work (depending on the online forums), you will need to bring a technician certified in HP in order to run a utility of DMI (?) and "tattoo" the hard drive for HP use (estimated at close to $45).
    I can't find a technician certified in HP in my area and Geek Squad said that they can do it more... my laptop is now an expensive paper weight, or there at - it another option (short of spending hundreds of dollars on the purchase of a new Vista + MS Office license)?
  • How to reinstall Vista without disks
    I have a computer with Vista and a valid key but I want to install a new hard drive.  Problem is that I also have a new motherboard for my recovery/restore factory disks with Vista on it won't work.  What are my options?
    Here is Microsoft's policy on the replacement of the software: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246.
    You can also try to borrow a disk for Installation of Vista genuine of the same size of the bit of ANYONE and it will work with your product key (assuming that your motherboard is compatible, and we can install the drivers for it).
    That's all.  There is no legal download an Installation of Vista disc, and if the manufacturer doesn't peut/won't help not because of the new motherboard, there is nothing that we can do to help because it is between you and them. Maybe they will sell you a copy cheap Vista because of your situation (if they wear them again).
    I hope this helps.
    Hello
    I have a big problem with my laptop Toshiba Satellite L300-19U.
    1 month ago I installed Windows XP on it and it is now my DVD-ROM is broken, he did not read some CD DVD so I can't use my Vista recovery DVD reinstall Vista. Someone at - it had the same problem?
    I heard there is a partition (hiden) where recovery is on it. I'm looking for this partition. And if I find it, I can boot directly from the partition to restore Vista? If not, is there another chance to get it back?
    Please help me to reinstall the Vista recovery partition!
    Hello!
    The hidden partition you want to say is a feature of Windows Vista, but you can restore t Vista with this partition. The point is that the partition is also deleted because you have installed Windows XP on it.
    Restore Vista without recovery disc is possible if Vista is still installed on it. You can go into the advanced boot menu, and then select Repair my computer. Then you can choose the Toshiba HDD recovery option. This is a feature that restores Vista from the second partition.
    But like I said is possible with Vista installed.
    Just a question: why you n t to a service provider allowed? If your laptop is still under warranty, you should get a new CD/DVD drive for free. Normally it should take only a few days and then you're able to reinstall Vista! :)
