  If the message is sent as an iMessage (blue) uses the data that could be part of your cellular data allowance or WiFi depending on what you are connected to. If it is sent as SMS (green) it takes however your carrier charges you for SMS.

  For a message to be sent in an iMessage, both parties need to have a device capable of iMessage (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Mac), iMessages allowed to have (settings > Messages > iMessage > on) and be connected to the data (Wifi or cellular).

  Go to: Mac/HD/Library/Internet Plugins

  Trash the files AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin

  Empty the trash.

  Relaunch Safari and you can download a PDF file without error.

  Sorry, I don't think that there is an automated way to do it.

  Have you looked at in the [TIMING command | http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b31189/ch12047.htm#i2699704] ( NOT the same as DEFINING TIMING)? You have to explicitly say TIMING SHOW when you want to display the results, and the results are relatively to the point when you said TIME START. I know it's quite differetn of what you really want.

  You can write a function defined by the user show_elapsed, who remembered the last time he was called and displays the time elapsed since then.
  You would still have to call it explicitly, but you can build in sub-script calls.

  I tested other pages to index and their linked pages and they opened in Dreamweaver.  I applied the same steps to this file, but it still not open.  All of this linked pages / index associated is open in Dreamweaver, but not the index page itself.  When I double click on the index.html file, it opens in the browser and the links work.  If the file is damaged in any way can it be repaired?  I checked the index.css file, but I see nothing wrong with it yet.  Can the html or css file contain code that prevents the files open in Dreamweaver, and yet still be opened in a browser?
