  The first picture is the default Action, and I suspect that it is for the second.

  If you would like the first to appear empty then delete com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.madrid.plist

  For access to this has you need to use a Finder window an Access then th go Menu while pressing the ALT key, and then click the library that appears.

  Go to preferences and find the file and delete it (drag it to the trash).

  I don't know what .plist holds the Apple ID used in the part of the iCloud or system preferences.

I did, and, during the execution of a second analysis, Malewarebytes claimed that I had more infections.

  My question is that, in order to verify a second time, I ran another MacScan and he said that the two pieces of adware still exist. However, their codes now changed to say: /. Trash/Malewarebytes removals.
