  My connection bridge suddenly did not allow me transfer files more so I decided to reinstall the BlackBerry Bridge App on my Q10. Here's what I did:

  I deleted the app to my home screen. I waited a little, went to the BlackBerry World on my Q10 to re-install. I have searched for it in BBWorld but I could only click 'open '. When I did that nothing happened. So I decided to go 'My World' in the world of BB and now the icon press it to completely erase or just uninstall it. All I get is an error box saying "error uninstall BlackBerry Bridge. Then I restarted the phone. The same problem.   Solution:

  1. go on BlackBery world.

  2. slide down from the top and tap Settings.
