How to remove smart pop - up shoppy

In my view, there is an app I can install secure smart shoppy and avoid that it arise.  Can someone tell me what this app?

Do not use any type of product, "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" on a Mac. It is never necessary for her, and relying on it for protection makes you more vulnerable to attacks, not less.

You may have installed the Trojan horse "CinemaPro". Follow the steps below to turn off.

Malware is constantly evolving to work around defenses against it. This procedure works now, I know. It will not work in the future. Anyone finding this comment a couple of days or more after it was published should look for a more recent discussion, or start a new one.

The criminal behind this attack tries to make the malware difficult to remove by varying names of the files it installs. Not all, or even more, of the files listed below will be present in all cases. If you can't find any of the files listed in step, skip this step and proceed to the following.

Back up all data before proceeding.

1. Please triple - click on the line below on this page to select it, and then copy the text to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination:

~/Library/LaunchAgents

In the Finder, select

Go ▹ go to the folder...

from the menu bar and paste it into the box that opens by pressing command + V. You won't see what you pasted a newline being included. Press return. A folder named "LaunchAgents" opens.

2A inside of the folder that you just opened, there may be files with a name that begins in one of the following ways:

cinema-more

cinemas + more

com Installer

com.cinemapro

com.extensions

Safari safety

shopy-mate

UpdateDownloader

Place all of these in the trash.

Log off or restart the computer. The Trojan horse will now be inactive, but there are a few elements more of it that need to be cleaned.

3. making as in step 1 with this line:

~/Library

A folder named 'Library' will open. Inside, there may be a subfolder with a name starting

cinemapro

If so, move this - not the library folder - subfolder to the trash.

4. open this file:

~/Library/Application Support

and delete a named item

MI: Installer

5 open this folder:

~/Library/ScriptingAdditions

and delete a named item

BrowserHelper.osax

If it is present.

6 open the folder:

~/Applications

This isn't the usual Applications folder, but another one inside your home folder. You are looking for an application with a name that begins like this:

Cinema-more

cinemapro

and move it to the trash, if present. You must also move to trash all the items in this folder that you do not recognize.

Empty the trash.

7. on the Safari menu bar, select

▹ Safari preferences... ▹ Extensions

Uninstall all extensions, you don't know that you need, including those with a name similar to "CinemaPro." When in doubt, remove all of them. None is required for normal operation. Do the equivalent with Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use one of the people.

8 take this step only if you use the Firefox browser. Reveal this folder as before:

~/Library/Application Support/Mozilla/Extensions/{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384}/144ee21a-8997-41ab-96a6-b13f40648ffd@1ab45825-655a-4789-a375-a283ea7ca5c5.com

If it exists, move it to the trash and empty. Restart Firefox.

Press the "Shift" key and while holding this button on your unique keyboard, click the icon of Safari on your Dock.

The following comes from user stevejobsfan0123. I made minor changes to adapt to this presentation.

Difficulty of pop-ups in browser that support Safari.

Common pop - ups include a message saying that the Government has taken over your computer and you pay release (often called "Moneypak"), or a false message saying that your computer has been infected and you need to call a number of tech support (sometimes claiming to be Apple) to get it to be resolved. First of all, understand that these pop-ups are not caused by a virus and that your computer has not been assigned. This "hack" is limited to your web browser. Also understand that these messages are scams, so don't pay not money, call number, or provide personal information. This article will give an overview of the solution to remove the pop-up window.

    Quit Safari

Usually, these pop-ups will not go by clicking 'OK' or 'Cancel '. In addition, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in grey, including the option to leave Safari. You'll probably force quit Safari. To do this, press command + option + ESC, select Safari, press on force quit.

    Relaunch Safari

If you restart Safari, the page will reopen. To avoid this, hold the "Shift" key when opening Safari. This will prevent windows since the last time that Safari was running since the reopening.

It will not work in all cases. The SHIFT key must be maintained at the right time, and in some cases, even if done correctly, the window is displayed again. In these circumstances, after force quit Safari, turn off Wi - Fi or disconnect Ethernet, depending on how you connect to the Internet. Then restart Safari normally. He'll try to reload the malicious Web page, but without a connection, it will not be able to. Leave this page by entering a different URL, i.e. www.apple.com and try to load it. Now you can reconnect to the Internet and the page that you entered is displayed rather than the malicious.
