How to remove the message "Please check your billing information.

"Please check your billing information" is the title of a message that I get from Adobe, everytime I open my creative cloud Lightroom. The message asking me to update my billing information. I did so, following the suggested steps and I keep getting this message that account the days until I no longer able to access creative cloud. I went to an online chat with the customer support and was informed by the operator that he had updated my account information. It was three days ago and I keep getting the message that my account now has 24 more days to stay active. What can I do now?

    I don't know what is happening. I have just been charged for my monthly subscription and suddenly, for a week, a message pops up saying "PLEASE VERIFY YOUR BILLING INFORMATION".     I solved the problem by myself, the making of connections which I was referring was equated. This is why the messages were not sent.

    I would be able to base problems by creating a similar scenario of test cases.
