I have another account directors, but it changed right before user privileges.
Windows Xp has a default Administrator account that are visible only in safe mode when a new admin account has been created. Cannot delete the administrator account by default no matter what you do. When you remove a user, and then you get these options on the screen:
(a) delete files
(b) keep the files
(c) cancelIf you have selected a) then the files are well and truly gone. I'm sorry. However, if you selected option b) then you will be able to see the profile in C:\Users folder.
Restart the computer in Safe Mode. When you are prompted to choose an account select administrator. Re-create the user profile.

How to restore my admin account corrupted? (No available backup.)
Detailed explanation
A few days ago I started my computer and was taken directly on repair screen windows because my computer was seemingly impossible to start. After you run the tool to repair for a few minutes, Windows told me that there was no solution, then I just restarted the computer. After that he started off very well and I thought that everything was resolved. But yesterday, after that I connected with success, my mouse and keyboard suddenly stopped responding. I used the power button to manually restart my computer. I tried to log in again, but I got the error message "user profile Service failed.
Now, whenever I try to login, I get the message "The user profile Service failed" immediately after entering my password. I've logged the standard guest profile and tried to change the registry, according to the first method found here, administrator privileges are required to change the registry but whenever I type my admin password in the administrator privileges prompt, nothing happens (it accepts the password, but then does nothing). So it appears I can not use my admin password for administrator privileges.
Then I booted safe mode and tried to login to my admin account. It actually allowed me to login using the admin password, but whenever I tried to click anything like 'Create an account', nothing happened. So it appears I can connect to the Safe Mode admin account, but I can't do anything on this account.
I'm downloading 15.2 Hiren's BootCD because that this discussion leads me to believe that he might be able to copy files from my admin profile to a new profile without asking me administrator privileges. Another problem is I got lazy, so I have not backed up the files or programs in months, so I need to create a new admin account and somehow copy all my files and programs without losing them accidentally. I have a terabyte of hard drive that is over half full of games and important documents, so I can't lose the data stored in my damaged account.
Summary
I can't login to my admin account only because it is damaged. I can access safe mode, but I can't do anything in Mode safe (for example when I click on "Create an account" nothing happens). I can't edit the registry profile comments, or do anything that requires administrator privileges because the admin password doesn't seem to work. None of my programs or files are saved. I need a method by which I can repair my current admin account or create a new admin account and copy it on all my files and programs.

I've never had any problem with avast! in the past).I did turn my PC of house built for almost two years now without any major problems. It is pretty quiet most of the time, but I noticed some hum slightly stronger and clicking while starting from the beginning of these problems. There again, I could just be imagine. I can post the exact hardware specs if anyone thinks that profile corruption could be caused by a hardware problem. When I have time I'll pop the case open and see if I can see obvious internal damage.
