While Firefox 4 is a commuter application, it does not play Flash videos and there is no add-on for this and so she won't let me watch videos on various news sites I visit.

    1. Enter about: config in the address bar and press return.
    2. Find the preference "plugin.disable".
    3. Press the rocker switch to set the value "false".

There is no 'BONES' at this level... you're probably citing the "software version", which is something different. Reference:

    • Article ID: KB23393 How to check the model number and the version of the OS on a BlackBerry smartphone

In addition, it is not the true latest version available... However, your carrier may not have approved which is more recent (at least two since this version, I think).

Here, in this community from user to user, anyone know (or if they know, reveal) this forward-looking information.

There are other alternatives, but they depend on some things...

If you used the "automatic" methods to perform the update, this process may well have led to a corruption that is the cause (many related things). Or the version you have installed may well have this fault (many report these).

In any cause, the thing to do is to reload your operating system properly and see if that clears up the problem. Or, update to the really newer version and see if that clears it. The method that I recommend for your situation is autoloader... refer:

With automatic charger, you can install any OS you can find a valid automatic charger, since regardless cases your carrier has approved or not. You can also use the ADF to return to any level of 'work' OS you want. But, honestly, I recommend you use an auto-loader to install the most recent version, then see if things clear up - if not, then use another automatic charger to retreat.

    Good luck!

  • How to return to the previous version? A new is not compatible with my version of OSX.

I'm running 10.4.11 and had 3.6.something of Firefox. I installed the update of Firefox, assuming that, if it was not compatible with my version of OSX, it wouldn't install. First, huge mistake. I need to go back to my previous version. I have no system resources to upgrade the version of the OS.

Just choose your language like for example if you want the English of the United States, see

    http://download.CDN.Mozilla.NET/pub/mozilla.org/Firefox/releases/3.6.28/Mac/en-us/Firefox%203.6.28.dmg

If you meet the requirements of equipment in addition to an Intel processor, you may be able to upgrade to 10.6.x

  • Need to use Roboform - but still the module works only with FFv7 - how to return to the previous version of FF?

  • How to return to the previous version of FIREFOX (4)

FIREFOX 5.0 does not have the features I need. I need to come back!

One or more of your modules has been disabled? There may be a solution to this if that is the question.

    ---

Because of security vulnerabilities, roll back to Firefox 4.0.1 is discouraged. 3.6.18 Firefox would be the safer choice.

Here is the process to roll back:

First of all, I recommend you backup your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See your backup information. (You can copy your profile folder Firefox together somewhere outside the Mozilla folder).

Then, download and save Firefox 3.6 on your desktop for later installation. http://www.Mozilla.com/Firefox/all-older

    Firefox is closed 5.

You could install Firefox 3.6 on it (many have reported success) or you can uninstall Firefox first. If you uninstall, do not remove your personal data and settings, the entire program.

Unless you have installed an incompatible add-on, Firefox 3.6 should pick up where you left. If there are serious questions, please post back with details.

Note: I have not actually tried myself!

  • How to return to a previous version of Firefox

I hate the current version of Firefox and was much happier with the previous version. I fear I do not know what is the current version number and do not know what was the number of previous version, but as far as I know it was the last before this new version.

How to return to the previous version, while keeping all of my addons and bookmarks? If I can get the previous version that I will definitely store them on my computer so I don't have to ask this question again.

    Best regards, Alex

Hi, open the Manager (Ctrl + Shift + A) modules, select Extensions on the left side, and you should be able to disable or delete them from here.

  • How to revert to the previous version. Last update makes the new windows appear less of a complete new window should appear.

I have my system tell me when a new update is available. Happened today. I downloaded the latest update. My Firefox now sits at 38.0.1.

I use no legs. I want a new separate window for all that I opened. Since the upgrade this morning... when I open a new window, it is fine. But when I click on something in that window when a new opens up and it doesn't seem to be an entirely new window. There is no tool bar and it doesn't seem to be a way to have displayed toolbars. So I have no control over this new window except to reduce to a minimum or nearby. That's all. It does not appear as a tab either.

    It sucks! This was?

How to return to the previous version before upgrading this morning? Otherwise I'll have to find another application to use other than Firefox, because I don't like it at all.

    Thank you

Another solution is to modify some hidden settings related to windows dialog style. Should not you make changes to the way you use Firefox, but sometimes you need to enlarge some small pop-up windows that have been sized for a window with no toolbar displayed.

    Here are the steps:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste feat and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) for each preference that begins with dom.disable_window_open_feature. , if it is not 'true', double-click it to true.

You may find that you prefer this anyway, given that sites can band is more these pop-up windows features.

How to return to the earlier version of El Capitan (from 10.11.3 at 10.11.1) with Time Machine? My HP LaserJet M475dw MFP printer worked fine with previous versions, but fails miserably to recognize the device on the same Wi - fi network now with 10.11.3.  I would like to restore the previous version of the operating system without losing any data created in various applications since the 10.11.1.  Fortunately, I had only to use Time Machine is rare over the years, I do not know if you have to return the entire drive to the chosen date or it can somehow just go back to a previous state of OS.  Any suggestions, much appreciated.

  • I've updated my iPhone 6s version 9.3.4 and have no Service, how to return to the previous update?

I've updated my iPhone 6s in the last (9.3.4) update and now have show no Service at the top. Yesterday, I had intermittent service and thought it was the carrier, but it's not.  I've been using Google Maps and it kept crashing and place would come no Service. Can someone help me to return to the previous update please?

Before posting this question I've shot and turn it back on repeatedly, I followed all the steps that Apple has informed including turning airplane mode on/off, remove the SIM (my carrier replaced) and reset the network settings. I can't ring Apple for help and live about 3 hours in an Apple Store.  My phone was working perfectly before installing the update.

You cannot revert to a previous version. Have you tried the latest suggestion here?

If you still cannot connect to a cellular network and have confirmed with your carrier is not a problem with your account, or your network, try to restore your device.
