  Automatically load and save are very unwise because you could accidentally record something and lose your only backup copy on the remote server.   I'd rather save & preview locally to ensure that everything is good before you download files with Ctrl + SHIFT + U or strike PUT (up arrow) in the files Panel.

  But to answer your question, go to Site > Manage Sites > remote server > advanced.  You will see an option to automatically download the files on record.
