How to save the document iWork on iCloud drive?

I have 4 files in my player to iCloud.  When I create a new document in Pages and save it in the folder of chemistry, I noticed that the Pages also saves a copy in the Pages folder.  So I find myself with two copies of the document.  The same thing happens with Numbers and Keynote.

Is there a way to save the Pages (and Numbers and Keynote) documents to an iCloud specified by the user folder without copy also end up in the related app?  THX

When you save Pages documents in iCloud drive, but not in the Pages folder, it will create an alias in the Pages folder pointing to the active page document that you saved in your folder of chemistry. These aliases will be a small vertical arrow under the icon, accompanied by text stating "in iCloud drive." You can right-click on the alias and choose the menu option Show Original.

The cure is to make your records custom inside the respective iCloud drive: Pages, Numbers and Keynote primary records. These applications have an abbreviation save default Panel. On the right of the Save As the Committee Save: field, you will see a small box with an angle down in it. Click on this button, it will expand your panel Save/Save as and a button new folder will appear on the bottom.

You select iCloud drive from the Favorites panel column Pages save and then browse the Pages main, numbers, and Keynote files. This is where you click on the button new folder, which will initially show no icons it contains until you save the document. No alias is generated. For existing records outside the above-mentioned applications, you could drag and drop the folder in the respective Pages, numbers and Keynote primary records, and then you can delete the (single) alias files.

    I would advise against ever record directly onto a flash drive. For no reason I can understand this often broken leaves files behind.

    Instead, just save it to your desktop and drag it to the usual flash drive (in Windows Explorer or the Finder).

    You can simply drag in iCloud reader, but I pass and move documents in their files app instead. It will probably take a while to download all documents.

    It is not a way to sync without some third party software that synchronizes folders, or learn how to use rsync in the Terminal.

    Instead of synchronization, simply use the iCloud drive in the 'Documents' folder after you move the files.

    Thanks a lot for the answer of the year.  After reviewing your suggestion, I did further investigation and found that the problem seems to be related to the fact that FIREFOX is my default browser.  Very briefly, when you attempt to print to the FIREFOX WARNING saying that the file is a FILE XPS one of asking "FIREFOX HOW can" by selecting the option 'OPEN' the system asked me to choose what program to use and when I choose C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\XPSVIEWER he returned to the "FIREFOX HOW can" with the file window.

    However, WHEN I OPEN THE FILE using INTERNET EXPLORER (7), the file opens, and I can print with my default system printer.

    If that fails: restart your computer, create a new directory on your desktop and save a fla test (for example, named test) to this new directory.  any problem?

    As said by Graffiti, I try just to help you to get off a frustrating path. You can activate in full Acrobat Reader (if you designed the form in LiveCycle Designer, you may need to follow a slightly different path) in order to allow the full form will be saved. However, you can have the form (XML or FDF) data submitted and which does not require registration step. The problem with recording, is that you are limited to 500 uses by the EULA (looks that your form was a form of general purpose and you would probably exceed the limit).

    The submitted data can be imported to the shape and so you can easily have the same results for the full form with the data.

    The problem with the electronic submission is that it is dependent on the client machine, something you have no control over except if you are in a controlled environment and machines can be controlled accordingly. MAPI is the Windows interface that allows other programs to access e-mail. There are at least 2 versions of it and a lot of people do not activate it. Thus, those without active MAPI would flood you with complaints about it does not work. You are welcome to try to implement the instructions to tell people how to activate it, but that they would probably have something to tell you or just getting lost - a good way to lose business. If you do not need the data in the format, you can it be subject to the cgi-mail or formmail that may be on your server. In this case, you will need to have the data formatted in an HTML form (one of the options in Acrobat forms, not sure of Designer). Then the data would submit as on a web form to mail script. These scripts require hidden to know where to send mail, and other fields.

    What I meant is that it is unfortunate that the manual suggests e-mail when it is not a good method to use for the form submission. We address this question 3 or 4 times a week with people. There are several forum topics that relate to your question, all saying pretty much the same. Sorry if you don't like the answer, but this is how it is. Use the send e-mail if you want, but be prepared for complaints. At least you know why you'll get them. Apparently, some MAC users have similar problems with presentation of messaging. I have no idea about the users of UNIX in general. Looks like same you don't have things set up correctly on your email address and you expect that it works for other people? That's the problem!

    You mean, you want to copy the original DVD movie to HARD drive?
    Well, you can copy the contents of the entire DVD to the HARD drive. It means that you have to copy a lot of data.
    I would recommend shrinking the DVD movies using a tool called DVD shrink.
    It would decrease the data and would also copy the content to the HARD drive.

    But if you want to use these files later in windows movie maker, so you must convert these using a 3rd party tool.
    Google a bit and you should find many free applications that would help you to do this work.
