How to see pictures of iCloud on iPad

Hello

Recently, I place my photos to sync from my PC windows to iCloud. They downloaded fine and can be seen on icloud.com.

Now I would like to see on my MC979B/A iPad running iOS 9.3.5. In accordance with the instructions from Apple, I activated iCloud in the settings, signed, then turned on the Photos and turned on iCloud Photo Library download, My Photo Stream and iCloud, photo sharing in the submenu. According to the documentation of the iPad, I would then be able to see my photos of iCloud in the Photos app... but the only pictures in there are the ones I took on my iPad, not those of my iCloud library.

Is it possible to do what I want - see photos of my iCloud on my iPad?

Any help would be welcome. Thank you.

Are you sure you used the same ID for your Windows PC/iCloud account Apple and iPad?

How many photos do you expect? How long did you wait for photos to sync?

When you check the settings > iCloud > Photos on the iPad, is there an activity just below the iCloud photo library button? This is where we saw the current load/download activity.

What iCloud service do you use for this?  iCloud photo library?  iCloud drive?  My photo stream?

on Photos for Mac synchronization with iCloud goes two ways. If you enable iCloud Photo library or my photo stream on your Mac, download photos from your Mac to iCloud photo library and upload new photos to my stream of photos and other devices that use this service.

If you want to only download to your Mac, use the web interface to access iCloud photo library from the Web browser and do not allow any iCloud photo library on your Mac.

Open the web Page www.icloud.com and sign one of your iCloud Apple ID.  Then launch the Photos.app on this web page.  Now open the album pictures and click "Select". Select all the pictures, and then click Download.

To select all photos click on the first picture of the beach, hold down the shift button, scroll to the last picture and select it.

  • How to transfer pictures from iPhoto to iPad mini4?

I'm a long-time user iphoto, used to be able to synchronize the photos to my devices iOS through iTunes.

This ability is long gone, so I need another way.

I'm going on a trip and want to put some photos from iPhoto on my iPad mini4 if I can share it with people in my destination (Ireland).

Any ideas how to do this?

I used to have a smart album in iPhoto named iPadsync that would sync in iTunes with my iPad, but it is no longer possible.

    Thank you

    Caroline

PS have the latest version of the software El Cap and iOS.

It is quite possible to sync photos from iphoto to an iDevice via iTunes as if it was always. Why do you think it is is not possible? Where it breaks down for you?

  • How to see pictures of absolute path?

Hi, I followed the Manual to make images visible absolute pathed in DW,

You can turn off the display of the image in Design view by deselecting commands > display external files.

but is stuck because of such a function there in the command menu, I also chose the image...

    Help much appreciated.

    Kind regards

To see the images that have absolute paths, that images must be uploaded to the remote server, you did that? Then click on 'Live View' at the top of the Dreamweaver window. Give it a few seconds and the images should appear.

You should actually be able to see the images without using "Live View". I don't know too when it happens as DW seems to be a bit hit and Miss. I just tested some of my html emails and some do not present the images and others don't BUT if I switch to live view and then back to design mode and close down/open the document a couple of times, the images appear.

  • Can not see picture in Apple TV

My Apple TV show in the PHOTO app "your photo stream is empty. I have a photo library iCloud I can see (pictures + album) on my iPad and my 2 computer iMac. Also I can access my 'Photo' via my iCloud account in any other computer. Finally 'home sharing' is 'on 'in my iTune account. "

    What can I do else?

    Lucianix

Photo stream is not the same thing as iCloud photo library, you will need to enable it in settings until the unit begins to add photos to photo stream.

  • How to delete pictures on the phone and keep about iCloud

Pls will have this problem and a little confused. How can I remove photos from my iPhone 6 and keep these photos on my phone X someone help pls simple format pls

    Hello

When you use iCloud photo library, your iCloud storage can work to free up storage on your iPhone by keeping versions space saving on your iPhone and the full-size originals in iCloud. However, unable to save pictures to iCloud instead of have them on your iPhone at all.

Another option is to import all existing photos from your iPhone to computer, and then delete the originals of your iPhone, freeing up a space for new.

The following support article explains the difference between the storage (on your iPhone) device and iCloud:

How to add copies of some pictures of Mac to iPad

    Greetings,

First of all, I would like to only put _copies_ on the iPad, so they can be removed easily

Secondly, iCloud or iTunes (or both) will be needed for this?

I would like to be able to do it from the iPad itself, if possible.

Is there a better procedure with other applications?

    Thanks in advance.

    David

You of course can do so from the only iPad

You can do this by using MyPHotoStream, shared PhotoStreams or iTunes sync
