The problem with the automatic configuration of IP addresses, is that my ISP DNS servers are slow, resulting in a slow internet. I also tried just setting DNS servers leaving windows automatically get IP addresses, but that did not too.

  You can't do AT & T or Comcast Webmail by default. There are solutions for Gmail and Yahoo, but no one else I know. Customer e-mail like Outlook Express, Outlook, Windows Live Mail can be done by default and it is looking for the error message.

• WebCache does not start - how to set logging - could not start and run...

  Can someone tell me how to set more detailed logging webcache / opmnctl? The log file, the error does not show anything. I guess I need to change the webcache.xml of the file but do not know the values that I should enter.
  
  This seems to be a common problem. To be exact, I am doing an installation of Oracle Grid Control and this error occurs.
  I worked on it for the last two days and seems to hit a dead end.
  
  I got the solution from changing permissions webcachectl with the same results. I also change the owner to root and tried. Same mistake.

  MAC address of the virtual machine is generated by ESXi host when you first power on the virtual machine and the IP address will be assigned by an existing DHCP server or you can configure it manually.   If this does not work in mode without failure, then disable all extensions and then try to find out who is the cause by allowing both the problem reappears.

  If I understand correctly, you want your plug-in, when enabled, change the settings of all other instances of the report OR plugin as their reports share the same directory that your plug-in is configured to use.

  If so, your plug-in can access and change the settings of all other instances of plugin. All instances are passed to all the points of plugin entries in the subproperty of the plugins of the ModelConfiguration parameter table. You can browse this table. Any element of the array with an equal to "NI_ReportGenerator.seq" Base.SequenceFilename is an instance of the report OR plugin. Its report options are stored in the element under PluginSpecific.Options.

  You can change the report options to what you want. Note that the recall of the ReportOptions model is called from template-plugin Initialize entry point, then you might want to ensure that your changes are applied after that, so they are not replaced. To do this, you could make your changes in the Initialize entry point of your plugin and make sure your plugin runs last.   Now, this is where my problem. Whenever a target column has the format "date", I define the mask of translation you want for each column.

  I would like to define a mask by default so that the same format is always used.

  I think you have a good idea, maybe it defaults to MRU. When we start the process of the Beta/early adopter, be sure to check and let us know what you think. For the moment, and what I'm doing, I copy the date format string and paste them in such as required. I'm not a super big fan of having default values in 'automatically' added because it can lead to mistakes, and in this case, data corruption issues.

  I have a VO with 2 columns, the column is transitional attribute.  In my jsff page, I got an af:table that displays the transition attribute.

  When the page is loaded for the first time, by default, transitional attribute values should be sorted in ascending order. Currently, the displayed values are not sorted. I need to click the sort button to sort the values. I need to change this behavior to sort automatically when the page is displayed for the first time.

  Question: How can I set the command to the table in the ADF for a transitional attribute of default sort?

  Note: I have to pragmatically, I can't use order by clause in my VO for the transitional attribute.

  You can do the sorting "in memory".

  You can implement it like this:

  Get the VO and make sure that all required lines are extracted from the DB

  ....

  Sort the rows by transient attribute

  myVO.setSortBy ("TransientAttribute");

  read the current query mode

  int oldQueryMode = myVO.getQueryMode ();

  to sort in memory

  myVO.setQueryMode (ViewObject.QUERY_MODE_SCAN_VIEW_ROWS);

  myVO.executeQuery ();

  redefine the query mode on original value (only needed if you want to be able to get new lines of the DB)

  deadlineVO.setQueryMode (oldQueryMode);

• USB and wireless printing on PhotoSmart 7525

  We recently purchased a printer all-in-one PhotoSmart HP 7525.  I created the printer via a USB cable to a single computer (the main desktop computer).  The printer works perfectly in this way.

  We also have a wireless network and other devices on the network to use the HP printer.  However, the main desktop computer doesn't have wireless connectivity, it's why I connected the printer with a USB cable.  I don't want to replace Wireless USB connectivity.  I want to add wireless capabilities, so we have two options available (USB only for the desktop, wireless for iPhones, ipads and other computers on the wireless local area network).  Furthermore, I realize that we need to install the printer drivers on any PC without wire that we want to have access to the PhotoSmart printer.

  What I want to do is to leave the main computer set up exactly as it is (USB connection).  I want to put the printer on the wireless network without disturbing this set-up.  What is the best way to add this printer to our network on the main computer wireless capability wireless?
