  Emails are sent when a data store changes from green to yellow, yellow to red.

  To change WHEN these data storages are at these levels, you can get the properties on a data store.  These are set by the GB left on the data store.

  This aspect of the product is not documented. The important thing to note is the following:

  There are two main sections of the documentation:

  Metadata for SLA alerts

  The option "send to > Email recipient" won't work without an e-mail program based on the desktop.  The Surface RT has not one by default, but this October the 8.1 update will include Outlook and this ability will be possible.

  You can have it now, if you're uncomfortable to test a preview version of 8.1, but remember it of a beta and has known and unknown problems: install only if you are ready to deal with these issues in a trial version of 8.1.  Otherwise, wait until October when you can have the final version.

  Since you use OIM 11 g, then why are you using the Notification process tasks. This notification uses old models 9.x and not a good option. I will suggest best to use new models and to call on the success of your tasks.
