  You can try the following steps and check.

  Right-click on the column header bar and select 'more' and check the option ' name'. The column is displayed. You can drag it where you want and sort upwards or downwards by clicking on the header.

  Alternatively, you can try the following steps.

  a. right click on the Contacts folder.

  b. change the display «Détails»

  c. right-click on the 'name' column header, click on "First name", then click on 'Last Name'

  d. click the title "Last Name" to sort by there.

  If you imported the of a single file, you can try clicking on the display button (close to upper-right in the menu Organizer), and then click the folder in the left pane.

  You could then do an instant album and they will stay in that order.

  I bought a copy of Photoshop Elements 10 and first 10 elements (grouped together 5 discs).  I installed on my Windows 7 laptop not starting disc 1 and then he hung up and I couldn't eject.  I wasn't invited to all other drives.  I read while I should I have started the installation with Disc 2 that I install on a Windows 7 computer.  I was wondering if I need to uninstall what I've done so far and start over with a new installation failing disk 1 and beginning with disc 2. I should do?   I have not connected to internet and still 'active' product.  If I uninstall I need to remove the serial number somehow disable them to preserve for the re - install on the same computer.  I don't want to lose one of my licenses as I want to install these programs on my desktop as well.  Read through many similar queries on these forums and have become quite confused.  I hope someone can help.

  As long as you disable the application before you uninstall, your license will be released upwards and resettlement will use 1 license only.

  You can follow the steps you mentioned above to uninstall / reinstall.

  Please use the Forum for answers!

  Click on the name of title just above the list to change sorting options, it will toggle between first name and family name, Crescent/descending Crescent/descending.

  The settings should be saved automatically.

  You must set your needs correctly volunteers to help here...

  Your data are not good enough to bring you a precise solution. Purpose, you do not have a column, which draws a distinction between the first and the last entry.

  The solution becomes easy based on your design.

  I introduced a grouping called 'id' column and a time column called 'time_of_insert' (only this way you can say with confidence that you can differentiate between the first and last (also a foolproof solution) - you can possibly use sequence (instead of date but if you say that you can insert two lines at the same time) ((and then likely sequence would be a better choice to differentiate instead of a timestamp field) etc...)

  With your sample data, something like this can be done to get the desired results.

  I seem to have a default setting that sorts my contacts by 'Name' now.  I can't turn it off and sort by "Last Name" I was doing?  I recently changed phones and synced the phone with an online database, but do not think it would affect Windows Mail.

  Simply click on the column heading to sort by that column.  Clicking once sorts ascending and click twice to sort descending.  If you do not have the name column, then right-click on the column heading and choose more and select the family as a column name.

  Not within the system, unfortunately.  The solution is to export the report and manually separating full names into first and last name columns to get what you're after.

  It is currently on our wish list to improve in the future.

  If you click on 'Complete list see the establishment' it will be sorted by last name, or you can select another column to sort.

  When I open Windows Contacts, the contacts are all sorted by first name (the full name, in fact).  Is it possible to sort/organize the list of contacts by last name?  This is how most people organize their address books.

  Not with Windows Contacts, the feature set is not very good.  Best thing to do is to Download Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail replacement, allowing you to sort by last name, in addition it is secured for contacts, in general, is much more functional.
