How to speed up the handling of the table

I need to generate two arrays of samples up to 20 million to simulate a quadrature encoder signals. I start with a table of examples of position and for each sample, I create a table with the representation of a single pulse and insert it in the table final as many times as necessary. I tried to optimize this code in many ways (using "replace subsets of the table" instead of "insert into tables" and leaving as much code as possible out of the loop FOR), but it is always very slow to run (it takes about 15 minutes just to treat about 10% overall on an i5 machine).

Is there a faster way to handle this table? I read somewhere that "insert into tables" should not be used inside a loop, but when I initialize an array with the total number of samples and use instead "replace subsets of table" to insert samples execution gets even slower.

See you soon

    Before I give you a sensible answer in the following paragraphs, why don't you try not to create a new admin user account & try that.  I have absolutely no logic behind this suggestion, it's just that I've seen some strange symptoms in the other forum posts that have later been attributed to user profile problems and the test would take less than the time of deleting a single file without talking about relocation.

    Resettlement is a pain in the neck, so anything that resolves things without this point is worth.  Mine took me several days more sorting over several problems of McAfee.

    If the Dell disk is labeled 'réinstallation DVD' then he will do what is necessary because this is a full version of a Windows DVD installation [this is also what I have for them and that I used recently to reinstall from scratch].  Anyway, boot it from the disc only is not a destructive or dangerous act then you might try & see if the menus & options for the "repair installation" appear or not.  Just escape before you tell it to do anything then use again when you've prepared everything [backups, etc.].

    Your safe mode test confirms that Windows is at fault and not a third-party on your PC application.  The result of the safe mode is in fact a good result because this means that when you set Windows & malicious programs, you should be fine.

    Using the SpiritX AV cleaning tips will help you see if the malware is what corrupted Windows or if Windows comes to decide absolutely bloody & wreck itself.  If it is malware, so you still need to clean things up before the relocation to ensure that malicious software fails to cling to something during this relocation [I am simply repeating SpiritX here as I know nothing].

    It occurs to me that this Exchange did not once mention the Dell Factory Image Restore Partition.  This procedure is a little easier than relocation complete & it preserves the Dell-bundled utilties.  This is in essence an automatic & custom reinstall.  Before you begin this or even nothing else, in which case Dell did he not bring to your attention, you might not realize that Dell DataSafe Local Backup has a facility to make a USB / backup DVDR the Dell Factory restore partition .  This means you would retain the possibility to make a Dell factory restore in the future what you did with the hard drive in the meantime.  A disadvantage is that it would permanently replace the partitions that you have set up yourself [for Windows XP Mode or any other purpose] it really means return to the State wherever it was when you first opened the box.  My factory restore USB is 6.4 GB [Home Premium x 64 edition], but yours could be bigger - they advised me to use a 16 GB USB DRIVE as it was the size of the partition itself, then you can check the size to decide what USB can be required.

    I noticed that you talked to start in F8 for the repair menu or using a boot of the system repair disc. I guess you tried or had Dell try this for you.

    Good luck & patience.

  • How do I update the table in Jdev

    Hello

    I use Jdev 11.1.1.7.1.

    The control of data, I added that ADF only read the table. When I click on the button create and return to the report screen, highlight lines are added.

    Highlighted those who is not inserted into the DB table but he showed in the report. How to remove it. How can I update the table?

    Kindly advice me.

    Thank you

    Swathi

    That's what I got:

    -You have a table read-only, and a link to create.

    -When you press the link create a popup will be launched with a new record (may be a form in the same table iterator).

    -When you press save to save the changes validation triggers, stop you to insert the record.

    -After the fire of validation you will close the pop-up window (by pressing icon or by pressing Cancel).

    -After closure of the pop-up window, you will find that reading one table has some blank lines.

    If it is your problem if you have 2 choices:

    1. in the AppModule you can make a new instance on the view object (to which redirect the table) If your view object called 'EmployeesView', so, in AppModule, you should have EmployeeView1 and EmployeeView2 and your table may point to EmployeeView1, and when you create new line create in EmployeeView2 and after completing the creation you can run the query and then refresh the table (as shown in the following code).

    2 - the second option in the popup cancelListener link at the rear bean method then you can update the table by program as:

        DCIteratorBinding iter = (DCIteratorBinding) BindingContext.getCurrent().getCurrentBindingsEntry().get("TableIteratorName"); // from pageDef.
        iter.getViewObject().executeQuery();
        RequestContext.getCurrentInstance().addPartialTarget(getTableComponent());// from table Binding property bind it to object in back bean

    ChildUIDRef = UIDRef: GetUIDRef (child);

    TextFrame table

    }

    How do I get the table cells?

    You can access the table using ITableModel and GridAddresscell.

    But to get to the ITableModel since ITextModel implies some complexity.

    Few things to understand:

    -L'interface that corresponds to the written document is ITextModel

    -The recommended method to iterate tables in a story done by ITextStoryThreadDictHier

    -Get the ITextStoryThreadDictHier on the history and the main thread as ITextStoryThreadDictHier::NextUID()

    -Now get ITextStoryThreadDict for UID and query for ITableModel. If you get ITableModel, then you have found the table.

    Once you have ITableModel you can get ITableCell as follows:

    ITableModel:QueryCellContentBoss(GridAddress); Give ITableCell

    You can refer to SnipperRunner (SnpManipulateTextModel).

    Download text template table model:

    InterfacePtr textModel (storyUIDRef, UseDefaultIID());

    InterfacePtr textStoryDictHier (textModel, UseDefaultIID());

    NextUID UID = sourceStory.GetUID (); / / Download the main thread dictionary

    Now loop the dicthier to iterate through all the threads dicts.

    InterfacePtr textStoryThreadDict (sourceStory.GetDataBase (), nextUID, UseDefaultIID());

    InterfacePtr tableModel (textStoryThreadDict, UseDefaultIID());

    If (tableModel) / / the storythreaddict represents a table

    {

    You are now in a table

    Start by installing the latest Service Pack (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935791). You'll have so far fewere updtes to install.

    Also note the following regarding your answer to the question of PA Bear "clean install has been through choice. After 3 years machine has become bloated and slow, and I decided to wipe them fresh, start over and give up unused programs that seemed a good idea at the time. » :

    In my view, it is usually a mistake. With a minimum of care, it should never be necessary to reinstall Windows (Vista or any version). I ran Windows 3.0, 3.1, WFWG 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 now, each for the period of time before the next release is out and everyone on two or more machines here. I never reinstalled none of them (with one exception--a problem that I worked on for weeks without success), and I've never had anything more than an occasional minor problem.

    It is my belief that this erroneous notion comes from the technical support people in most of the major OEMs. Their solution to almost any problem, for they know not quickly answer is "reformat and reinstall. It is the ideal solution for them. It gets you phone turned off quickly, it almost always works, and it does not need to do any real troubleshooting (a skill that most of them has obviously not in any great degree).

    But it leaves you with all the work and all the problems. You must restore all backups of your data, you must reinstall all of your programs, you must reinstall all Windows and updates of the application, you must locate and install all the necessary drivers for your system, you will need to recustomize Windows and all your applications to work the way you are comfortable with.

    In addition to all these things being long and painful, you may encounter difficulties with some of them: you will find all your CDs application? You will find all the necessary installation codes? You have data backups to restore? You still remember all the customizations and settings that can be installed to make everything work the way you like it? Sometimes there are problems that are so difficult to resolve that Windows has to be reinstalled properly. But they are few and far between; RESETTLEMENT should not be a substitute for troubleshooting; It should be a last resort, to do that once all other troubleshooting by qualified person attempts have failed.

    And perhaps most important: If you reformat and reinstall without knowing what caused your problem, you will most likely repeat the behavior that caused it and quickly find yourself in exactly the same situation.

  • How to speed up the rendering of JavaScript annotations?

    Hello

    I use JavaScript to create annotations about 30 on a PDF page. I then use the property of true/false .hidden to hide/show the annotations.  I'm hide or view annotations, it must be 4 seconds so that changes occur, either for the hidden annotations become visible visible annotations to hide.  The JavaScript code that changes the visibility is triggered by a mouse on a button click event.

    I couldn't cope with the slow if 30 annotations becomes visible or invisible in order that the user watched.  However, there is absolutely no change for 4 seconds then all 30 annotations change simultaneously visible or invisible, according to the current state.  Because nothing is happening for 4 seconds, users often think that the click of a button is not respected and click the button again.

    Is it possible to speed up the rendering of the annotations?  Or y at - there a way to force changes in annotations to be displayed individually each .hidden property is changed?  Once again, at the present time, nothing changes on the monitor until all 30 annotations have been changed and then all the changes appear at the same time.  The time of rendering, measured at 4 seconds, you mad my users!

    Thanks for any idea that someone has!

    There could be several reasons for this:

    1. your code is not effective. If post you it here, we could have a look on

    and see if it can be improved.

    2. hardware your computers is not up-to-date.

    3 acrobat/Reader is simply slow.

    Another thing to consider is using some kind of progress bar to let your

    users know that the action takes place, so that they are eager

    During these 4 seconds. There is an object embedded in Acrobat/Reader that can

    do exactly that. Look at the thermometer object.

    Hello

    Whenever you have a problem, please post a small example data (CREATE TABLE and only relevant columns, INSERT statements) of all the tables involved, so that people who want to help you can recreate the problem and test their ideas.

    Also post the exact results you want from this data, as well as an explanation of how you get these results from these data, with specific examples.

    If you ask yourself on a DML statement, such as UPDATE, then the CREATE TABLE and you post instructions INSERT must re - create the tables as they are to the DML, and the results will be the content of the or a modified tables when it's all over.

    Simplify the problem as much as possible.  For example, if your real problem involves 8 columns, try to post an issue affecting only 2 or 3 columns.

    Always say what version of Oracle you are using (for example, 11.2.0.2.0).

    See the FAQ forum: Re: 2. How can I ask a question on the forums?

    2766124 wrote:

    Hi guys,.

    What is a custom table?  How is it different from a regular table?

    that must be updated in a table source 'abc ';

    An example of the correct syntax for the use of a subquery in an UPDATE statement is:

    UPDATE one

    SET (Field1, Field2, Field2) =

    (SELECT field1, Field2, field3

    ABC

    WHERE value = ' 05 "

    );

    This is a correct syntax, but I don't know if this will do exactly what you want, because I don't know exactly what you want.

    FUSION is often easier and sometimes more effective than updated.

  • How to copy all the tables, triggers, etc, from a schema from one user to another

    Hello everyone!

    I'm looking for a QUERY or a stored procedure to copy the tables of a schema of the user to a different schema.

    Should resemble the kind of: copy (select * from object where owner = 'UserIwantToCopyFrom') user = "UserIwantToCopyTO".

    I'm sure that my example is rubbish, but I tried to explain what I want to do.

    Then there is a chance to do in sql code? I have to build a model of a schema of the user with hundreds of tables, triggers, etc. and copy it into several other user patterns.

    Thanks for your advice!

    Jan

    There are many examples available.
    What you generally want to do is:

    For the export, use the job_mode-online option "SCHEMA".
    Example of export

    http://www.oracle-base.com/articles/10g/OracleDataPump10g.php

    DECLARE
      l_dp_handle       NUMBER;
      l_last_job_state  VARCHAR2(30) := 'UNDEFINED';
      l_job_state       VARCHAR2(30) := 'UNDEFINED';
      l_sts             KU$_STATUS;
    BEGIN
      l_dp_handle := DBMS_DATAPUMP.open(
        operation   => 'EXPORT',
        job_mode    => 'SCHEMA',
        remote_link => NULL,
        job_name    => 'EMP_EXPORT',
        version     => 'LATEST');

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.add_file(
        handle    => l_dp_handle,
        filename  => 'SCOTT.dmp',
        directory => 'TEST_DIR');

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.add_file(
        handle    => l_dp_handle,
        filename  => 'SCOTT.log',
        directory => 'TEST_DIR',
        filetype  => DBMS_DATAPUMP.KU$_FILE_TYPE_LOG_FILE);

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.metadata_filter(
        handle => l_dp_handle,
        name   => 'SCHEMA_EXPR',
        value  => '= ''SCOTT''');

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.start_job(l_dp_handle);

      DBMS_DATAPUMP.detach(l_dp_handle);
    END;
    /

    for import, you can use the remap_schema option with:

    DBMS_DATAPUMP.METADATA_REMAP (
       handle      IN NUMBER,
       name        IN VARCHAR2,
       old_value   IN VARCHAR2,
       value       IN VARCHAR2,
       object_type IN VARCHAR2 DEFAULT NULL);

    There are many more details in the document as provided Thierry.

  • How to find all the table names that has a particular data

    Hello
    How could I get the names of the tables in a database (for a diagram) which includes "KST6490" data in one of the fields in the table. There are a lot of tables with this
    data. Data type is Varchar2. Thank you.

    Is LIST_NO a VARCHAR2 column? The name would seem to imply that it is a number, but your search parameter is a VARCHAR2. Assuming that everything is a VARCHAR2

    EXECUTE IMMEDIATE 'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ' || i.table_name || ' WHERE list_no = ' || p_search
        INTO l_cnt;
    IF( l_cnt > 0 )
    THEN
      dbms_output.put_line( i.table_name );
    END IF;

    This requires that the call DBMS_OUTPUT. Put_line with the names of the tables is sufficient for your application - it is generally dubious whose functionality depends on the client application that is configured to read the buffer in that DBMS_OUTPUT writes the code. It also assumes that you have declared a local variable L_CNT to store the number returned by the query.
