Connected to an another phone 7931 (currently logged in as my personal and registered phone CUCM), than the phone registered car very well. I assigned it lines, performed test calls and all of the features worked as expected. 7931 issues, however, remained with the same problems.

  I tried to connect the problematic 7931 to CUCM of office, but the problem has prevailed without worrying what port I used.

  Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My goal here is to get the phone to properly initialize and eventually to register with the UC540.

  Unfortunately, this isn't the place to get advice on activities related rooting (by the rulesof the forum). However, to make a gentle thorough cleaning, you can go to the "menu", "settings" + "Confidentiality" and press "Data reset".

  To do a "hard reset."

  1. Press and hold the POWER button and the two volume keys
  2. Continue to press all 3 keys until an exclamation point and a little green android robot appear
  3. Press the HOME key to display the menu
  4. Navigate using the volume keys
  5. Select Wipe data / factory reset
  6. Use the RETURN key to select
  7. Scroll to Yes to delete all user data
  8. Use the RETURN key to select
  9. Select reboot system now

  1. turn off your phone.

  You may need to perform a repair of software using PC Companion. The process will erase all internal memory. You might need to charge your device for about 1 to 2 hours until the device has so at least 60% battery.
