How to stop an add-on which wants to move?

I'll answer my own question, because I found the solution and I wanted to share with other users. I have a program that wants to install an add-on (a toolbar in this case). Whenever I run Firefox, it opens a tab that says "another program would change Firefox". My choices are to install or do not allow installation. However, if I do not allow installation, he comes back the next time I start Firefox. It's really frustrating.

Okay, so here's my solution. I went to the Manager of modules and selected Plug-Ins. I found the program who wanted to install the toolbar on the list, so I changed its framework 'never enable '.
