  2. Click on the green box
  3. Type the product number of the printer that you have

  The best way to do this is to download the manual and read.  On page 103 is your answer.

  NOTE: Connecting an Ethernet cable to the printer automatically turns off the wireless feature and the

AirPrint is a diffuse wifi printing system, so that these messages are actually sent by your printer and simply displayed on your iPad.  Stop messages, to bad draw on the printer itself.  If it is low on ink, then replace cartridges.  If this is not the case, check the printer manual or online support on erasing the incorrect error messages or status.

  • Type services.msc and press enter
  • Scroll down and double click on print spooler
  • Select the tab log
  • Uncheck the Allow service to interact with desktop
  • Click apply
  • Select the general tab for the print spooler, and then select start
