How to disable ink level notifications
Product information: HP Officejet Pro L7680 all-in-One OS: Windows 7
I've had the printer for a while, but recently received a new computer and downloaded current drivers and software. Now, I often (at least twice an hour) get a pop-up of my ink level notification. I tried everything to turn it off. If I want to know my ink level, I can check it out on my printer. Can anyone help?
Thank you.
Highlight your printer, click the printer server properties, and then click on Advanced tab and uncheck the two boxes "Show of information any notification...". ». Apply, and then click OK.
Check also that you do not have a program called Growl installed or running.

Your other question may be better suited for the wire ink, Toner, cartridge and print head issues .
What are your black levels? Ink colors mix together to get your desired print.

Your yellow ink cartridge was initially under the full name.
Are you happy printing that uses a lot of yellow ink.

Full view ink levels but does not print magenta and cian not on Officejet 6500AA.
Just installed new cartridges of magenta and cian in my Officejet 6500 a. Ink levels show as complete but no cartridge is printed.
You still have the old cartridges?
If Yes, try to install and see if the same issue exists. If they still have enough ink to be seen on the page, so it may be a problem with the print head.
You can try the troubleshooting of this article steps to clean the print head and it can solve the problem:

How to disable, disable or reset the ink level warnings and messages
I spent hours on the internet trying to figure out how to turn it off, disable or reset the ink level warnings and messages. The ink cartridges, I bought are not the expensive brands of HP, but generic print cartridges at a reasonable price. They work great, and I have no problem printing. But apparently HP went through a lot of trouble, making it difficult for customers to disable the annoying low ink level warnings that pester you every time that you try to print a page. It doesn't matter if the ink cartridges are completely full. It is obviously an attempt to punish consumers who buy anything other than HP products. I'm about to recant to never, EVER, buy another HP product again. I'm also about to post horrible comments on Amazon, Ebay, new egg and any other place I can think to warn potential clients of this heinous behavior of HP.
Model: CN219A
Serial number:[personal information deleted]
Name: Series of HP Photosmart Plus B210e (network)
Windows 7, the printer is on my wireless network.
If anyone knows how to do this, let me know, before you take a hammer to my HP printer. Thank you

I would appreciate an answer to this question. Thank you.
It is more a question of HP as a Microsoft issue.

Problem: cannot display the ink levels
I can't view the ink levels. Customer support can't help. Use the Windows 7 operating system
Have 'obsolete' HP PSC 1410 All in One
Always had HP Solution center which I did more. IT seems that there was an update of software and no tab displays ink levels. I printed sheet test that was worthless.
Customer support says that they have no support or the pilot of this old machine. I have my original disks, but my computer will not allow him to run because he has XP
Please let me know if there is a way that I can see my ink levels or to get around this problem
Thank you!!!
If you have not already installed for this printer, and then try to download and install the latest drivers for the PSC 1410 all-in-one on the HP site.
These can be found here. There is also a document located here, with information on how to check this model of printer ink levels.
If you have already had a previous driver for this printer is installed, you will need to uninstall the old software and install the latest version.
Let me know if you are able to view ink levels with software installed from this package.

Ink levels HP Officejet Pro 8000 809
Why can't determine the ink levels on my HP Officejet Pro 8000 with the tab printer HP Print and Scan Doctor?
Hello HPPete,
Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having a problem with getting the HP print and scan from doctor to show ink levels. I will try to help you with this.
To start, make sure that the version of the PSDR that you are using is the most recent. It should be version 4.3.
Then the word "printer" will be grayed out in the top of the window until you have selected your printer and you press Next. To be able to use the drop-down list, you must be on the screen that shows "The difficulty of printing" / "Fix scan."
Once on this screen, you should be able to use the drop-down list and choose "ink levels". This will display the information of ink on another screen for you.
If you have found that up to now, and the ink level are not displayed, then there may be communication problems. Please let me know if this is the case.
I have also two other ways for you to check out ink levels using the PSDR.
This 'check ink levels' document will show you how to print a test page, which has information about ink and levels.
You can also use the HP Solution Center. If it is installed on your computer, you should be able to open it and click on your printer icon view ink levels.
Please let me know if this was useful for you.
Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.

HP Deskjet 3051 a: checking ink levels
I have not used this printer for some time and I can't find out how to check ink levels. Thank you
Hello
Please try:
To check the level of ink in the control panel
1. from the Control Panel Home screen, which displays the copy, Scan and quick forms, press the Setup button.
NOTE: If you do not see the home screen, press the back button until you see.
2. Select State of inkTo check the level of ink in the printer software
1. click on the desktop icon HP all-in-one to open the printer software.
NOTE: You can also access the printing software by clicking Start > programs > HP > HP Deskjet 3050 a J611
Series > HP Deskjet 3050 a J611 series
2. in the printer software, click the estimated ink levels.
NOTE: 1 if you have installed a refilled or remanufactured cartridge or a cartridge that has been used in another printer.
the ink level indicator will be inaccurate or unavailable.
2 NOTE: ink level warnings and indicators to provide estimates for planning only. When you receive a low-ink
warning message, consider having an available replacement cartridge to avoid possible printing delays. You don't have to replace cartridges until print quality is unacceptable.
NOTE: 3 ink cartridges is used in the printing process in a number of different ways, including in the initialization process, which prepares the product and cartridges print, and maintenance of the heads, which keeps the nozzles to clear printing and ink circulation. In addition, some residual ink is left in the cartridge when it is used. For more information, seeMan page #27
Kind regards.

Display on Photosmart D6160 ink levels
I upgraded my computer to Windows 7 OS. Your website says D6160 drivers are already installed but apparently without the functionality of viewing ink levels. The printer will not print because the ink light indicates a cartridge is empty, but I have no way of knowing that one to replace. I am not prepared to replace all at great expense and be faced with the same situation again. What I really need to buy another printer or is there another solution?
RnRMusicman: run HPPSdr - the test page printed in black only, but when I changed the default printer setting color the color print and subsequent test print from files also printed in color without any error message, so problem seems to have been resolved.

DeskJet 1000 J110 stopped check ink levels
Hello
I have a Deskjet 1000 J110 and I am running Windows 7.
The HP software used to allow me to check the ink levels, now he doesn't. I checked no more than 3 weeks without problem. Now, when I tried to check them, the option simply wasn't there. I don't know, but I think that the shortcut on the menu HP folder go the Control Panel Printers folder and not the HP software as it used to.
Someone has an idea of what could be the problem?
See you soon!
Hi seileach,.
Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!
I read your post and to see that the Printer Wizard is not open to view ink levels when you click on the shortcut of the printer.
I'll be happy to help you.Try to go to start, all programs, HP Deskjet 1000 J110, and then click the J110 Deskjet 1000 again to see if the printer wizard will now open in this way.
If this isn't the case, then most likely the driver is damaged. I uninstall and reinstall the printer software.
Uninstalling the printer software.
HP Deskjet 1000 printer - J110a drivers.
Select your operating system, click Next and click on the software to download and install.
Now try and access the Printer Wizard.
I hope this helps.
Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.
