How to view stereo channels separate on the timeline

With the help of FCPX 10.2.3

I want to be able to equalize my chanel left and right separately.  But I can't find any way to separate the left and right channels on the timeline or edit them separately in Inspector audio. Thanks for your suggestions?

AAre you use expand audio components in the timeline?

    I use 6254 multifunction for playback of tension with VC ++ 6 as the development tool.

    After the generation of clock finished thanks to the DAQmxReadAnalogF64 function, I tried to read samples of each channel.

    DAQmxReadAnalogF64 (taskHandle, DAQmx_Val_Auto, 10, DAQmx_Val_GroupByScanNumber, read, m_nStates & sampsPerChanRead, NULL);

    Total number of samples (nSamples) available in the buffer when the task is created with a single channel and several channels are still to come as even. In several modes of channel returns total sample by channel, which is equal to the total number of samples divided by the number of channels at once.

    For example, if a total number of clock 8000

    With single channel, it reads all the 8000 samples (m_nStates = 8000, sampsPerChanRead = 8000)

    When two tracks he read 4000 samples per channel and so on. (m_nStates = 8000, sampsPerChanRead = 4000)

    If any body know, on every clock how to take samples of all of the configured channels.

    Please note that the behavior, I explained is in line with the provisions should only if you use your clock as I convert clock. You can find information about the different types of synchronization of the analog inputs using NOR-DAQmx; the element to search for is "clocks".

    Since you do not set the clock to convert MY (should be DAQmxSetAIConvSrc()), the fact that I mentioned above is only informative for you, but does not apply to your question.  Sorry for responding too quickly without looking in your code between quotes...

    In order to answer your question, we take a look at the approach to programming DAQmx:

    If you configure your task to be "finished", the task will stop running if the number of samples per channel is acquired. In the case of an external clock (not configured as I convert clock), served it in the sampling interval. The sample clock will automatically receive a sample for all channels with a single clock pulse. From this point of view, the installation program you have in your program seems correct.

    If you do not get the number of samples that await, the fault must be somewhere in your playback function. Do you get any error messages?

    DAQmxReadAnalogF64 (taskHandle, DAQmx_Val_Auto, 10, DAQmx_Val_GroupByScanNumber, read, m_nStates & sampsPerChanRead, NULL)

    If you set m_nStates set to 8000, it's here. You say the Read function to retrieve 8000 samples. None. So if you have two channels, DAQmx acquires 2 x 8000 samples, but read you only 8000 samples... Please change m_nStates to

    m_nStates = #channels x #samples by channel

    This should solve your problem.

    I just discovered, while doing something else, which in CS5 (do not know how far back it goes) you can move the slider of the timeline using hung up.

    myComp.time = 4;     Cursor moves to 4 seconds.

    So if you were a dot script to your comp, deselect all layers, then browse your time to marker, move the slider right there, then run the executeCommand() code, I mentioned above, you could do your task as possible.

    Thank you.  It would be good but I have a ton of stuff on the timeline and when I drag a lasso operation - half the time the program crashes.  Also, I try to avoid all select them and then drag - a lot of your time.

    Actually, to my question, I found the answer last night:

    1. copy clip (s) that need to be copied in a different location of the timeline (Ctrl-C).

    2 put CTI to location target on the timeline,

    3 Shift-Ctrl-V

    This will copy the clips to the location of the CTI, sliding to the right to make room.

    As you note, if you have anything on any other track ss12 will chop her upwards and move, that I learned the hard way.  So I had to remove the soundtrack, to be later.  I consider it very bad design; There are countless situations in which the soundtrack is essentially a background music which has absolutely no specific link to a specific scene or clip, and failure to allow a substitution of synchronization is very poor design.

    It seems to simply create a gap for a reason, maybe the fastest way is

    1 set the CTI at the location target for gap

    2. create black screen

    3. Insert a black screen to the timeline.  Everything will slip just to accommodate.

    4 R click on black screen, click on delete.  Screen is removed, leaving a vacuum.

    5 clear black display of active project (to avoid to fill this space with useless junk).  Or leave if you think you'll use it again.

    This may be a marker handy to find quickly to the area or clip that you need to work later.  Or to indicate the areas that you want to export later.

    I can use the table of waveform or waveform graph. Waveform allows you to eat a history buffer. This function is very interresting and useful for my system, but I can't change this value to programming (if I do not mistake!). So, I was wondering if I can also use the waveform graph, but I do not have how to make a circular buffer to replace function "history buffer. I have to use the waveform as a data type.

    What is the best solution for my problem? I would like to know if my solution is good (graphic use of waveform) and if anyone has a solution to make an effective circular buffer with the waveform data type?

    There is an example that comes with LabVIEW called "XY table". It shows you how to create a history for a XY Chart buffer. The size of the history can be changed on the fly. You can adapt the VI "graphic buffer XY ' to work with a data type of waveform." This type of data consists of 3 elements: start on time, delta t and table of values. The only thing that you should be buffering is the array of values.

    In Premiere Pro, whenever I have move some clips, this split view appears and for some reason that it makes my computer stall for 2 minutes each time. Imagine how long it takes to make a video then!
    The program does not crash, the only thing I can't do when it stalls is to get a preview of the video (reading timeline)
