How will I know if I have a G or Wireless N on my computer?

I can't find where to know if I have a WiFi G or N on my computer. You just buy a wireless router but want to ensure that I had the right one and doesn't have too much spending.

If you have a N router you don't a spend too much.  Even if today it is not usable for a Wireless N network, it will be able to be used in the future.

B or G if built as N is probably a relatively new final version of the standard.  Right click on computer or workstation.  On the left, click on manage, Device Manager, then click on the + mark next to network adapters.  The name of the wireless network card can show you in his name, or you can go to the web site of the manufacturer of the device and looking for the specs of the device.
