Hoy to convert an Ascii text file table

I'm trying to parse this file in a table (can also be a spreadsheet), but there is no way to make the separation by spaces.

Any idea?

Attached the text file.

This can be a good starting point.

  • Convert data from text file to display for hex UDP transmission controls

    Hello

    I'm reading packets ethernet from a text file containing the actual hex data packets to then send these accurate return through a writing UDP hex data. I can't understand how to feed data into the function of writing UDP as real rather than characters ASCII hex data, as it does by default. I had the screen on the last VI before the writing of the UDP to "hexadecimal display mode" and if I manually type the hexadecimal values in the VI (hexadecimal string to binary String.vi - attached), then it passes the commands correctly. However,... when I fed the string of text in my text file data in this VI, it seems to be the substitution of this hexadecimal display on the VI input mode and the resulting entry in my UDP is still ASCII character mode. I tried to use a cast inside this VI, type... but that doesn't seem to work right. I have attached the main VI and VI which tries to prepare data before reading the UDP protocol. I've also attached an example of text file of data that I am an attempt of analysis.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Thank you

  • Why is incorrect dt when TDMS log file is exported to ASCII text?

    In short, we are 6 hours recordings 4096 samples per second on 6 channels. We use a different program to analyze the electrical data and so we export to Ascii text. However, when import us the dt that is listed in the file Ascii text file won't and if I would like to convert it to the samples per second, it would be more than 4098.2! As synchronize us this data to another system, it is imperative that we ensure that the sampling time are correct. Anyone know why we would get an incorrect dt indicated in the ascii file?

    If I go back to the Module acquire DAQmx in Signal Express that we used to get the data, I see that the rate shown is 4096.0

    Clampfit of Axon INstruments allows us to import the data of Signal acquired Express.

    Potentially, we're looking at a few days or weeks to convert data because of this gap if anyone can shed some light on the view I would be very grateful.

    Kind regards

    Take a look at the following documents, I think the first thing to check is that your card can achieve this sampling rate. If it is possible, then we can look into if it is for a reason, adjusting, or if something in the conversion is making data appear different.

    What sample rate is my DAQ able to map: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/4BBE1409700F6CE686256E9200652F6B

  • Accessory JSP code for only text files

    Hi all
    I want to use the code in the file text on fire to open a text file and parse each line.

    I have a JSP page which I use to attach files. But the JSP attaches files to binary format and so the text file does not recognize these binaries.

    How can he do join text files or how to convert these binary text files?

    My text file code is: -.

    text file = TextFile();
    textFile.open(name: fileHolder.file_filename);

    logMessage ("- file exist? - >" + textFile.exists);

    {foreach (line textFile.lines)
    logMessage ("-The LINE is->" + line);

    }

    textFile.close ();

    And my JSP code is: -.

    < td > < input id = "attachmentFile" type = "file" < f: fieldName att = "fileHolder.file" / > value = "" class = "input" > < table > "

    There is a drawback to doing it this way (many things in memory), but unless the files are big, I suggest to try this:

    // build the string from the file just opened
    stringReadFromFile = String(binary : fileHolder.file, encoding : "ascii")

    Once you get it to a string, you might analyze it looking for '\n' line by line. Let me know if you need this code and I'm going to him as well.

    If the files are large, you can store the file in a temporary directory, and then reopen it using text file you described below.

  • Writing a single line of numbers in a text file or write several lines each iteration?

    Hello

    I am currently working on an application that has a few different time-loops at the same time. A single loop acquires data (DAQloop), another shows the data (raw and processed data) on graphs (Graphsloop) and another stores data in an open (Storageloop) ascii text file.

    The data is passed to the DAQloop to the Storageloop through a queue. Now, I leave the Storageloop take the first element of the queue (oldest) to store in the text file each iteration. However, I was wondering if it would be better to let the Storageloop take all items currently available in the queue store at once.

    Does anyone have ideas on this? Who better its? The text file is already open and is simply passed as a refnum.

    With normal file primitives LabVIEW, you will get your best speed of disc when you write about 65 000 bytes of disk at once (or read, incidentally).  When I write a similar code, I included a string buffer in the loop of Scripture.  Whenever I get data to write, I add it to the chain.  When the chain hits 65 000 bytes, I write to disk.  You could break this into three loops, as well - a read buffer, and write.  Depending on the current size of piece, you could see a change in the order of magnitude of the speed of disk write.  This write operation is often limited by the conversion from binary to ASCII, not the disk i/o.  If you do this, be careful with your buffer.  You can get some serious slowdowns depending on how you implement it.  This post has some details and examples.

    • You have problems with programs
    • Error messages
    • Recent changes to your computer
    • What you have already tried to solve the problem

    This can be done better with Adobe Photoshop CS5 http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/compare/ which is about the gold standard for working with documents of the image - but it's a bit expensive.  It also won't be easy even with this program - it is possible but it will take time and effort.

    If you do not Photoshop, you can use the tool text box in Microsoft Word or picture in Microsoft Publisher - even if they are quite a bit more difficult to work with Photoshop (which is hard) and the results will not look as good, regardless of how carefully you use. The advantage of Word on the editor, is that you have the possibility to use a Wordart object and 3D text. So these are the vector graphics as opposed to a bitmap will not appear on your final print rasterized (but this isn't a problem with Photoshop)

    Quality is really about how much the text superimposed on the image - if it is separate, it will be much easier than if it is covering the picture (so the question is how to fix the image once the text is deleted or changed and not only to change the text).  And it may not be a simple matter to simply correct a word or two, if you do not have the same font available - you may need to change the entire text, so it will look right.

    Another solution is to use OCR software to scan the image, and then try to modify the text.  Still, it won't be easy (probably even harder than the options above) but it's a possibility (depending on how the text is mixed with the image).  The problem here is that most of the options just freeware have the ability to make such a complex task, so you would probably need a comprehensive program of recommended.  Here are some options:http://www.simpleocr.com/OCR_Software_Guide.asp.  What you should do the work is also quite expensive and if you choose this option or the above options depends on what other uses you may have for these programs (and the quality you're looking for in the finished product), once again, I don't think something will do the job as well as Photoshop - I have Photoshop (an earlier version) and I never tried to do it before I did a bunch of other things that would seem impossible.  I don't want to attempt this task if the text superimpose the image, because although I think it would be possible, it would take a LOT of time and effort to obtain a finished product of acceptable quality.

    Technically, you could use Microsoft Paint to do this, but the quality would probably (which are certainly) be terrible and I doubt you want to even keep yourself let alone print it or send it to someone else.  In some cases, it might do the trick but it's free (again, depending on where to find the text and especially if she superimposes the image).

    Regarding the conversion of the JPG file, I'm not sure what turn you to who would make it easier to change and change as you suggest here.  Perhaps TIFF, but it helps very much.  Here are some converters of JPG files:http://convert-jpg.software.informer.com/.  Even if you converted to a .doc file, you could just open it and change the text - it is not as simple as that.

    Another option would be to convert the JPG file in a file of CAD and CAD software allows you to edit the image - but I'm not familiar with CAD products so I can't offer recommendations here (except that I heard that most working properly are still more expensive than the above options and they can be used just about everything).

    Whatever you decide to do, it won't be easy (and perhaps costly as well).  There are freeware programs that claim to be able to do these things, but you will not be disappointed by the quality (unless the text is separated from the image, you can totally erase what's there and replace it with the one you want).  For them, you can search on Bing, Google,www.tucows.comand www.download.com.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • Insert text file as layer

    Hi all

    I'm looking for a way to convert each word in a text file in an image, I'll be able to do in PS? What I think is to import a text file, PS can locate the spaces between words and automatically cut each word in a layer, then I can easily export in each image. Anyone know how I can do? Thank you!

    Thank you. I think I just understand how do. 1st, I converted my CSV text file, then I created a text layer as "Variable" in the PS, load the CSV file as a set of data for the text layer. Finally, use the 'export-> sets of data in the form of files', I can take all the words in the CSV file and export one by one in the personal file. Everything is done in 10 minutes! Can't believe that I didn't 'Variables' after using the PS for more than a decade...

    I tried to find this information on the forums, but I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I VI that when it's finished has a 2 column and row table 5 or more which is filled with thermal loads and corresponding tensions. I want to print this table to a text file, but I want to understand decimals in at least the tension. I've attached what I have, thanks in advance

    The answer is on your pc. If you have the open Help context, click the detailed help. There is a link here on the format specifiers. You use %d which tells the function to convert whole numbers. You want %f for floating point numbers.

    Hello

    Hi Raja,

    You can go through a loop and replace all values of your, or you use the function 'Flatten channel' and replace your values with the function "search and replace a String." Convert the string to your table with the function "Unflatten chain.

  • Convert text file to the recordset

    We have a web server where the text files are downloaded by the outside world, and I need to get the data in these files into my SQL tables.  I can code ColdFusion to convert text files (which are on the same server as web pages) to the recordset so I can have a SQL stored procedure to import data from my SQL tables?

    YES...

    I hope that you are asking here for someone to do it for you, but I want to clarify that the two tags, you will probably want to look at are the tag which allows you to read and analyze some sort of that you care.  And the tag, which may be able to parse the file into a recordset automatically, if it is well structured.

  • AppleScript - extraire extract values from a table, create a text file with these values
