Every day my bluetooth driver disappears from the Device Manager and the bluetooth settings option does not appear again. I need to reinstall the Intel bluetooth driver (sp68385) every day and even if I can't find the device manager driver he said whenever the driver is already on my computer.   You were very close. 8.1 you go into settings of PC; PC & peripherals; Bluetooth. It should search and find devices that are in pairing mode. Pair it once he sees your device, and it will appear where you were looking for.

  This problem is usually due to some related issues of settings. I suggest to connect the Bluetooth keyboard and try these steps and check if it helps.

  Follow these steps:

  a. press Windows + X keys and click on programs and features.

  • b. Select "Logitech SetPoint" in the list.

    

  • c. click on uninstall.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to remove your system set point.
