I tried to uninstall the display driver from Device Manager and update of windows update. But it did not work. So, I came across another solution. I downloaded the display driver FRO intel and installed site. This time it worked well and the problem was solved.

  But suddenly today, when I tried to use touch screen, it does not work. I don't know since when he stopped. In system properties, it says: "no pen or touch input is available for this view.   I don't know what to suggest then. I totally please! I know how frustrating computer issues can be to diagnose and sometimes it feels like you are going in circles. You did a great job, juggling the troubleshooting that I've thrown at you and you have completed all the steps I asked!

  You know what, it would not be a bad idea to get a game of payback for wipe and reload the system with a new start so that all pilots are fresh, new and discs for your specific product.

  Hi, I noticed recently that my touch screen of my T450 does not work.

  Also on my computer properties it says that there is no available Pen/Touch input.

  Sometimes it appears and still does not work and most of the time does not appear.

  Is there some sort of diagnosis or procedure to check whether it is hardware or software problem?

  I guess I found the problem.

  It's the same problem with other models and it seems that it is a compatibility issue by combining touch screen + smart card reader.

  Hello everyone, I just bought a Lenovo X 200 tablet with multitouch improved on November 13 when they were selling nice employee. I customized the 200 improved package multitouch X and added a whole bunch of features. I had the camera, turbo memory, 4 GB of ram, fingerprint reader and works. The only problem is that I have no characteristic touch (with my hand) at all. It only detects the pen from the digitizer. I thought maybe they forgot to install the drivers or something, so I tried to install the drivers of contact from the Lenovo Web site (my product number is apparently 7448CTO which is not freaking multitouch to read on the forums). When I try to activate the Touch functions it tells me that it doesn't detect any touch screen also the Tablet has not yet come with the simpleTap software that had me really puzzled. Why Lenovo do this to me? I need it for the University and it took a long time to come. I really need those features not only the pen touch. Thank you Cal

  Hello everyone, it's all a big mistake, Lenovo had some mistakes with their Web site the day I ordered so they sent the digitizer pen only version by mistake. They were really nice to me when I called them up and they said that they would replace it with enhanced multitouch I ordered originally. Thanks Lenovo!

  Try the procedure described below, and see if it helps.

  Turn the unit off > then remove battery > 30 seconds, the power button > then replace the battery and see if the problem persists.

  Also, make sure that you use a socket is properly grounded

  If you are not sure if it is a model to screen touch or not. You can check in the control panel. Press the Windows key + C to open charms, type in the Panel. Open the control panel. Select system and security and open. Select system and open. This screen should tell you if it's a touchscreen or not.   Go to the sounds and then hardware and Control Panel.

  Hi, I have a HP TouchSmart 320-1030, so it can work on your TouchSmart:

  1. Press Windows + X logo.
  2. Select Device Manager from the list.
  3. Click on the small arrow next to Interface devices to expand the list.
  4. Click the touchscreen driver (in my case, Voltron NextWindow touch screen).
  5. Right click and select disable from the list.
  6. Click Yes in the dialog box that asks you if you are sure you want to disable the touch screen driver.

  When you want your touchscreen to work again, follow the above procedure, EXCEPT when right-clicking on the touch screen driver, select enable.

  I have a lot of problems of cursor on a new Libretto W100. Using the field courses on the display it move it in the opposite on the top of the screen. Then I go to the right below, the cursor moves in the direction towards the top left. The only way I found to stop this problem is a full reboot. And then it works OK, but when I close the lid and leave it alone for two hours, for example, come and activate the problem reappears. I especially don't even touch screens to avoid confusion between the machine. But I can reproduce it consistently.

  Very annoying. Any seen elsewhere or have a solution?

• HP Paviliion cursor disappears after using the touch screen

  So, I just bought a new laptop from HP Pavilion special edition beats 15z Touhscreen about two weeks ago. I was with the sliders and just decided to try some custom cursors. I have downloaded them (link to the page for the sliders below) and selected in the Control Panel, no problem. However, as soon as I use the touch screen, it disappears (which is normal), but when I try to use the touchpad or mouse, it doesn't come back, unless it's one of the other cursor types: link select, busy, etc.. Also, if I use custom to select all normal but the cursor jumps back. Finally, even if I click on a link that would otherwise use the selection cursor link using the touchscreen, the link selection cursor appears again when to switch it on touchpad.

  The other problem is happening sometimes just by default, for the most part in Google Chrome. However, with the custom cursor happens no matter what, and it's a major problem.

  Lets try the following methods and check if it helps.

  Method 1: As you said that it happened also with the default cursors as well, I suggest you to try the mouse setting in Windows 8.

  1. go in Control Panel.

  2. go in the mouse settings.

  3. uncheck the option for the mouse to disappear while typing.

  4. now check if the system built in the cursor disappears.

  Method 2: As you say it happens only with custom sliders, I would suggest that you check to see if the problem persists even after placing the computer in a clean boot state.

  When I bought my PC it was win8 and everything worked fine... until yesterday and after about 2-3 months because I upgraded to win10, I realized that the touchscreen does not work!

  I looked at the forum for all tracks on this issues and I have seen that many complain of being unusable after upgrade win10 function keys. However I don't have this problem. that the screen has got the contact rendered useless item.
  probably, during the win10 update the system decided to disable this feature, so no accidental contact on the screen could interrupt the upgrade process...

  If anyone is aware of this problem and how to fix it... I would be really grateful.

  Have you installed the latest version of the BIOS?

  If the latest BIOS does not help, there may be a loose connection, or the system needs an update. An ASP can do for you.

  I have unfortunately broken the touch screen on my disabled son all-in-one, I think it's an hp 320-1190 has (or similar No..). I can't tell you the exact model No. as he is now deceased under repair. I was just informed that the screen is no longer available and so they cannot provide me one to fix the pc. The pc above has a vga / digital Jack on the back? If so, I can almost certainly plug in a new screen to hold it for a little longer. Or, as it is not so much the touch screen, is it possible to replace it with a plastic or glass front?
