• Display questions from VM of Macbook Air to MBP Pro 15 ", too small to see icons

  Hi all

  I'm a pretty low end user of the merger, so I apologize if this is too basic.  I have search the forums for about 30 min, but have not seen this issue.

  I mainly use Fusion to launch some complex Excel sheets.  The leaves are stored in Dropbox.  My Macbook Pro 15 "with the latest Fusion running XP (old).  My new Macbook Air has a similar VM with Windows 7.  I wanted to copy the VM MBA with Win 7 for the MBP, so I could have the latest OSX, but not have to reinstall everything (I don't have Microsoft Office discs, these applications have been installed at work).

  I copied the folder 'Virtual Machine' the MBP.  I opened the virtual machine and on the commissioning got a message about incompatibilities to display.  Everything works fine, but all the icons are tiny.  My eyes is fine, but I can barely see them.  I went into Control Panel and make the largest desktop icons, but when I open Excel, everything is tiny here also.

  Is there another way to do this?  The MBA has a screen of course smaller than the MBP.  I'm guessing this has to do with it.

  The MacBook Pro has Retina Display?  If yes then ensure that in the Virtual Machine settings under display that "use the full resolution for the Retina display" is not checked.

• HP Envy 7 - stupid display question whenever he loses the power of food

  I have a HP Envy 7 with double graphics chips.

  Whenever I unplug it from the power outlet, he returned to the chip of lowest power... and applications / internet page I had opened earlier becomes black.

  And if I start new applications or open new Web pages, there is a delay of 1 to 2 seconds before the screen is loaded.

  It remains like this when the power is restored, and I have to restart the computer for the sort.

  Just one of many things that I don't like this machine, but currently the most boring.

  It is something that can be changed by a setting.

  Right-click on an open space in the office and select Configure switchable graphics.  In the Catalyst Control Center, remove the tick at the bow of the option switch automatically to the GPU when on battery power saving .  Now just click apply and it is changed. Close the control center.

  I have problems with Muse resizing my site when it is used with a mobile device. He cut the left and right sides for some reason any and I do not know the reason.

  Sorry to ask but is Wings 3D designed to run under Vista OS?

  Any display questions is not easy to talk much, but to be honest, I can't imagine, it comes up with the clean operating system preinstalled. I guess this is the result of the customization of the operating system.

• Create Setup without labview

  Is it possible to create an installer without LabVIEW? I'm supporting Windows 2000 to 7 and software versions of NEITHER varies with each OS, especially when dealing with Windows due to conflicts VISA oscilloscopes.

  The two main problems I have with the creation of installers with LabVIEW (Application Builder):

  1) Windows 2000 requires the framework produced prior to 2.8.0. It is therefore impossible for installers run on Windows 2000, requiring the installation of the product more recent than 2.8.0 which is basically each installation for Windows 7.

  (2) as far as I know, the software must be installed on a local computer first before you can create a Setup program. Then, you go to the section of additional installers creating a Setup program to add to the installation. The location path will point to the orignal CD drive or location it was installed from the local disk. I do not see why it needed. Why can the Installer be created directly from extracted files without it installed on the machine?

  A little more explanation:

  Press and hold Windows 2000 in 2014, I agree, are heavy.   (1) download all necessary software OR

  (2) download SFX Builder

  (3) download 7 - zip (http://www.7-zip.org/)

  (1) extract all the software OR in a single folder and 7-zip can compress them into one archive .7z

  (2) open the SFX generator and adds the tab file from archive .7z

  (3) you can easily set the path of extraction anywhere on the computer, the temp (%temp%) is most useful

  (4) the tab tasks, click add/plus button and select program to run, and then enter the path where the extraction happened, here's an example

  (5) easy as pie!

  

• Can't post message on the Windows Live Mail Portal

  I tried to post a message about a problem with Windows Live Mail on messaging portal.  Whenever I click the button submit my message I get an error saying "There was an error while processing your request".

  The procedure I tried is as follows:

  1. Select the email portal.
  2. click on 'ask a question '.
  3. click on "Continue" by selecting the "Mail".
  4. click on "I can't open Windows Live Mail.
  5. I get a message saying "There was an error while processing your request".

  Alternatively, if I do the following:

  1. Select the email portal.
  2. click on 'ask a question '.
  3. click on "Continue" by selecting the "Mail".
  4. click on "other Windows Live Mail Issues.
  5. click on "Continue" to my question.
  6 fill in the fields on the screen 'Ask your question' and click on 'submit '.
  7. I get a message saying "There was an error while processing your request".

  I tried this several times in recent days and get the same result every time.

  I hope you look at the responses from the support staff to "cannot display" question to WLSC.  It's going to be a long term job, I think. The iPad experience was conducted using the same Internet connection or another?

  I'm sorry, it will take an expert in demystifying the WLMail journal to address the problem of calendar.   Here's the question: I have several programs that have no option to 'choose' where should be installed - they'll automatically C\Program Files. I want to install it on the D partition. If this is not possible, how can I transfer to the new location (once they have already been installed) in their entirety so that they are functional. I don't want to keep the remains, references and 'shortcuts' on the C partition. These programs should begin to malfunction, I have freedom to wipe the D partition and reinstall the programs without messing up the heart of the system.

  Programs come with their own setup program and the program developer decides to give the possibility to choose the download location or not

  Regarding your concern about to spoil the central system

  Whenever you install a program, that it will create many items inside your main drive where windows is installed (in this case C:\) to install a program that affects the system to another drive does not affect your system

  I have a Home Premium from Windows 7 installation, which works fine but I need to make a few upgrades storage.

If the user selection an incorrect answer (i.e. step 4), they will be moved to this slide from answers (step or slide 4) located on the top row. This means that some might have 14 selections to the right and others 13 or lower. There are many variations. They'd like it so that the user sees the choice they have made as they progress through the event.

  I was thinking about a format like this (below): left side has 3 buttons and the right side has the place holders - whose name changes on each slide as we cannot reuse the names.

  

  

  Using Captivate 9.

  My question is how to take users of selection at question 1 and post it as the first selection in each next slide and so on? Is it possible to 'freeze' the content in a space reserved for future slides? I don't want to create a slide for each response as who gets crazy fast. Is there a peak or Java script action that can solve this problem?
