  I am trying to download a driver for one of the notebooks of the user, the download page from HP driver/support for this device is not loading. The device, I work with is a HP Pavilion PC 11 - h013dx x 2. Click the link to access to the devices page. The page is loading, tested issues very many devices in multiple locations.

  I tried to download the drivers for my office and let the page load for a few minutes. After about 10 minutes of loading, I was brought to a page that asked for the operating system on the device. Again, this page has problems as well...   Just after the announcement, page began to load correctly, and the download links are available... The display driver's download as I write this! It seems that HP sites have sometimes a moment of lag. I certainly fell on this on the HP website before, so just be patient if your device page isn't loading.

  I have Windows 7 64 bit and Internet Explore 9 installed, as well as Safari and Chrome.  The same message in all three browsers when I try to download from gaming sites. Above the box error message indicates "Internet Explore 6.0 + required. In the box it says that it detects a version 0.0.

  Here are the sites that I've had no issues with/shockwave.com, iwin, bigfishgames.com.

  The problem started last night. I have disabled the firewall of my antivirus (webroot), rebooted and it worked fine. I put a system restore.

  Between last night and this morning there was a complete windows update when I turned on the computer.

  Then the party started

  I used the system restore and took it back when things worked... no luck

  I have not removed/disabled any virus or malware software... no luck

  Also tried to create a new user to see if the problem would be postponed... He did

  Microsoft Safety Scanner mode running without failure.
