HP 14-d008au Notebook PC: equals 64 bit 64-bit architecture

I was reading some responses on the upgrade of ram in the laptop of HP 14-d008au and he said that I can get the maximum of 4 GB or can I have 8 GB of ram is that I have a 64-bit arcitecture. Then I checked my system properties and I found that my system type is a 64 - Bit operating system, x 64-bassed processor. Does this mean I have a 64-bit Architecture or what should I do to get one?

    Hello:

HP does not support books for consumption by 32-bit operating systems.

See if the W7 32-bit drivers and software from the HP Probook s 4530 of work.  Do not use the BIOS or firmware files.

Click on the link below. Enter your product number as that indicated on the Service tag on the bottom of the laptop (can be under the battery). You can also get the product number by pressing Fn + ESC key. After you enter the PN, click Next, then choose the software & Drivers. On the next page use the menu drop down to select your (probably Windows 7 64-bit) operating system. A list will fill with the drivers. Download & save the last Audio driver.

  • I removed the Intel 32-bit architecture, do I have to re - install OSX EL Cap to get it back?

I removed the Intel 32-bit using a freeware program called monolingual architecture that eliminates essentially irrational language files and architectures to recover from storage space. I didn't know that MS Office for Mac 2011 requires it.  I have to re - install OSX EL Cap to get it back?

Yes. You may also need to reinstall Microsoft Word and any other program assigned by monolingual.

Programs such as monolingual should not be used.

  • HP 15-d 103tx not able to use the bluetooth for Windows 7/64 bit architecture

    Hello

I have recently bought the 15 - d 103tx hp laptop computer and that you have installed windows 7, 64-bit in it. I found all the required drivers for Windows 7 from the Web site, except the Bluetooth drivers. I have my adapter wireless as below:

Qualcomm-Atheros 802.11b/g/n WiFi QCA9565 adapt. I tried to install the driver for Qualcomm Atheros QCA 9000 series Bluetooth 4.0 + HS drivers in my system, but I'm still not able to use my bluetooth. I'm not able to search for other bluetooth devices, and I'm not able to find my laptop by other bluetooth devices. Can someone help me here please? Thank you very much!

False alarm! Must have been asleep during the attempt. Its market now, using the same drivers. Had to reinstall once, however.

  • 32-bit Windows operating system on a 64-bit architecture

We have a picture of the mother who has been defined as a 64-bit computer when creating. But when it was time for the installation of Windows 7 ISO, a 32-bit version has been installed. We have taken snapshots and reconstructed with this vm parent... performance seems to be great! We had no problems with VMTools and view agent seems very well... is there a reason why we should not do this way? Is this the same as the installation of an operating system to 32 bit on a 64-bit system?

Whatever you select a guest OS 32-bit or 64-bit operating system, if the physical processor is a 64-bit processor, then the guest virtual processor will be a 64-bit CPU.  (For a CPU virtual 32-bit, you must specify additional configuration option, monitor_control.disable_longmode = TRUE)

For Windows 7, in particular, I see no problems with your current configuration.  Given the age of Windows 7, which is unlikely to change with future editions of vSphere.  In general, however, it is best to choose the type of guest OS that is similar to the guest OS installed.

  • Check my understanding of the composer bits/architecture

From the documentation, this is my understanding of the process of creation of composer pool (clearly I'm to use servers esxi with SSDS, just for the storage of the replicas and clones):

    Name of the virtual machine

    Model or snapshot

    Note

    Data store

    Win7-base

Put all the apps here: Office, Adobe, Flash, etc. to optimize it

    Production (no ssd)

Clone of the above, then convert to template: Win7-GoldMaster model

This can be used to easily launch another vm base if you need to create a new model, etc...

    Production

    Win7-Parent (deployed the model above)

Install agent here, any software that may be specific to this pool

    Production

    Create the snapshot

This snapshot will be used to create replicas

    Production

Replica (founded snapshot, created in the pool)

The replica is the basis of the clone vms that are created in the pool

    SSD

    Clone virtual machines

    Automatically created

Do not separate the replica and clones (you can, but no reason here)

    SSD

Did I leave anything? Have I misunderstood something?

    1. Also I wonder: is this 'ok' or even 'good practices' to create a second snap-shot of a Vm parent (in my example above 'Win7-Parent')?
    2. Also - is there a decent way to calculate the necessary storage? If my parents VM is say 35 GB, so what size replicas will get, and how big can I expect from the clones to get if I ever need to recompose? (especially to try to understand how many clones + replica I can get on an SSD of guests) - or I have to create a new parent for each new pool I want to create?
    3. So - I have reason to think that the line should be on the SSD (the same data bank where the clones will be) for performance reasons?
    4. Also - is it wise to use clones related to persistent desktop computers? I guess that if the file and shift profile is in place, then it shouldn't really matter if the virtual machine never gets "blended" or "refreshed", it should?
    5. What is the difference between "blended" and "refreshed" and "rebalanced" anyway?

Thanks for any clarification, you can help me!

Fantastic - thank you, I feel like I'm almost ready to start. A subject more to clarify, if I could:

    (1) on my list - I don't know when I have to join the workstation to the domain? Master Gold that I create the snapshot of? Or... when?

    (2) I've heard people say I should not join the image of the workstation to the domain (but rather use a specification of customization to do) and I've heard of other customization plug say does not work and that quickprep must be used instead.

    Who is this?

    (3) and if the customization form 'do not work', so how to get the information about the domain to which the workstation should be attached to quickprep?

1: unless you need to join a domain to install a special application or have something applied to the base image, then there is really no need to attach the machine parent domain because it is not manipulated post creation of the clone by quickprep or sysprep you noted.

2: when you create a pool you have the possibility to choose Sysprep or leave the default value which is quickprep.   I've used both in the past and quickprep is the fastest and easiest method in my opinion.  I think that the commune of consensous is to use Sysprep when you can have an application that requires a unique SID for the clone or some other special use cases.

3: Quickprep uses the account you setup to View deal joining the domain and you can specify what UO to position it in through the pool settings.

One thing to note is that the option of choosing sysprep or quickprep is available on the pool creation and cannot be changed once the pool has been created.   If you want to change it, you must create a new pool.

I think that covers everything, and of coruse, there are a lot of people on the Board of Directors to develop or correct me if I missed something.   Good luck and let us know if we can help you.

  • How will I know if the processor is 64-bit

I am looking to buy a laptop Toshiba Satellite A series and said that I should get only one with a 64-bit processor because what it takes for the Microsoft Vista work properly and anything else will be obsolete as soon as next year.

I looked on the website of intel to get numbers of processors, but they don't seem to even not list all the numbers on the models for sale and it is especially goobley gook for me!

    Help!

You comment is not 100% good.
The fact is that Microsoft has designed Vista 32 bit and Vista 64-bit.

If you use the Vista 32 bit with a 64-bit processor you won't see a better or faster performance. Therefore, you can simply use the Vista 32 bit on the laptop with 32-bit processor with the same performance.

Of course if you are going to buy a laptop with 64-bit processor I advise to use the Vista 64-bit. You know it; Let's go all the way. ;)

But as much as I know Toshiba does not own notebooks with Vista 64 bit and you will find also all Toshiba compatible drivers for Vista 64-bit.

So now, my last question: why you want to buy a laptop with 64-bit processor?

PS: You can check the CPU specifications in the control panel or you are going to use a tool of diagnosis as Everest

Are there really no chance to obtain the 64-bit drivers for Go 7900GS?
I need 64-bit version for my development work ;(

As you know, Toshiba does not support and does not own notebooks with the 65-bit operating system. Or with Vista with XP.
That's why the Toshiba 64-bit drivers are not exists!
