  I understand that you encounter some problems with the transport on your PSC 1410v printer. I will definitely do my best to help you with this.

  I would say after the steps outlined in this paper jams or paper feed problems problems with the cart can often be associated with paper.

  You can also try to connect the printer directly to a wall jack to make sure it gets enough power to function properly.

  If the printer is still not working properly after that I recommend call HP Technical Support in your area and inquire about the Treaty and trade to the top of the program.

• I had to remove and reinstall my printer (HP psc 1410v) and after installation, he tried to configure the viewer of documents.

  "Your system does not meet the requirements of the operating system."

  I don't have this message before the installation of all software/drivers. It is only since the duty set my OS.

• What's the deal with HPs "cable special fax phone"?

  I just want to know what is special. What did HP?

  My best guess? It's just a single line of telephone cable, one pair (1line ends RJ11 cable) cable. To reduce interference from line 2 - according to something I read.    Would like to know this.

  The phone cable that comes with a printer for faxing is a 2-wire cord. Used to make telephone calls telephone cable has 4 wires.

  The extra 2 wires in the cable non-telecopie are used for the antennas to help boost the sound signal. However, this causes the static signal that reduces the transmission of fax. That's why a 2-wire cord is used for the fax.

• Replace the Windows 8 of HPs recovery image with windows 8.1

  Hello

  Is after going through the upgrade process to windows 8.1 on my HP Envy X 2, now possible to replace the recovery image by default on my partition recovery with one for version 8.1?  I don't want to have to re - update if I do a "refresh your PC without affecting your files' or 'remove all and reinstall Windows.

  Is it possible and supported by HP to change the recovery image in the recovery partition?

  If so, is there any procedure for support to do?

  Sorry, but no.... the Windows 8 by default on the HP Recovery partition recovery image is the only one available. It's the image of origin provided by HP and there is no procedure or the option to change or replace this image with a newer version.

  Please see HP Forun thread titled "8.1 recovery disks" for more information on this topic. My suggestion is to use Windows "Backup of System Image" utility to create a picture of the partition Windows 8.1 as it is currently, on an external hard drive. If your computer develops questions or you need to replace the hard drive, all you have to do is to "restore" the image on the computer. Please see Windows 8.1 Tip: use System Image backup for instructions on creating and restoring a 'Windows - System Image backup.'

• PSC 1410v: nothing will be printed

  Been having this problem for a while and have not been able to solve. Nothing will be printed. The printer is connected to my laptop via a USB cable and is enabled.

  The HP Solution Center says that the PSC 1400 is disconnected.

  When I start printing and scanning doctor it shows that the printer IS visible with a USB connection and the software is installed.

  The current default printer is PSC 1400

  Selected and any DIFFICULTY PRINTING out OK"

  Click TEST PRINT, send to the printer test page

  and nothing prints and the printer says no docs in what.

  Here's something else.  When I connect the printer even for my mobile son that is configured to use the same printer there is no problem printing.

  No idea what my problem is.

  After emphasizing in this regard, I made what I consider MY #1 RULE (and of preaching about it and then we forget); Think about Canadian accent:

  "In doot (doubt)...". REBOOT'!  So I did.  The printer made a few "noises of work" and some "printer offline problem" was my ass, the printer is (software or hardware) resets and I have had NO problems since then.

  I was quite frustrated that I was going to just to spend money that I had no right to go and buy a newer printer, more expensive.  I have 3 HPs (2 of them are the small deskjets) and an Epson (that I do not use because the paper is loaded back thr and I don't have the room).  All my printers are delivered since the early ages of the digital camera - buy a camera, get a free printer.  My #1 is a F335; It prints, copies and scans as the workhorse forever.  I do not print photos, it sucks ink, but I hope it lasts forever.

  It was too simple and may not be the answer for everyone, but I hope it will work for some of you.

  Try to reinstall the network drivers.  They are available to download drivers HPs site just google hp pavilion g6.

  What is the purpose of mobile printing solutions if you cannot activate your home printer?
  My printer stop automatically after 8 hours of inactivity and therefore makes it impossible for me to use mobile printing. The printer is connected via WLAN (without active ports to stop the closing).
  In the configuration, there are only options to stop after 2, 4 or 8 hours. No option on disabling of automatic shutdown.
  Pls do that for the people who work on the firmware updates, they must include an option to disable auto power off, many people are already complaining that and nothing has changed so far.
  Its just illogical. You make big announcements for HP eprint and other stuff, but your printers are not able to do so even if you could theoretically make eprint if your standing next to your printer all day.
  I just got this printer pluged and installed and already tired of this BS!
  I know that there is no solution, so just send it to the people who can change it.

  for all of you who read this post, I was in contact with the technical team of HP and they said that they don't give you the ability to disable auto power off on purpose, it is HPs energy-economy-policy to do and there are no plans to change this in the future
  in my case, I only WLAN's, yet is not automatically stop (although it should be), I guess I'm lucky that my router it ping every now and then and is therefore not stop
  If you can't fix it yourself with active ports and may not have at all, it will probably not option left than the back of the printer

  We have a scanner usb requiring 500mA of power.  However, for many of our clients using HPs, the usb ports do not provide enough power to the scanner causing the application to crash.  Some customers use the HP EliteDesk 800 G1 USDT, others use HP zero client t310.  Connect the scanner to a usb hub powered solves the problem every time.

  Y at - it changes, they can do for the Bus USB controllers to ensure that a particular port will be able to provide 500mA so they did not need to buy a usb powered a system hub?  Or do you have another suggestion?

  I'm not familiar witht eh models accurate but 500MA is the output for USB 2.0 max but 3.0 can go higher have you tried usingn 3.0 ports if not you can also get a cable Hat uses the power of 2 ports.  Many systems have problems with the only Scanners USB and power supply.

  I want to help you be able to use two printers again. I understand that the black ink is not working. Please start with the procedure described in the following document; The problems of print quality for the HP Officejet 7500 (E910a and E910c) to Grand Format Printer e-all-in-one series.  This document applies to these two printers because they have such similar ink systems.

  If you have performed all the steps in the document above and the problem persists, not one of HPs, my personal recommendation is to use the solution put forward in the next video.  I suggest that if the printhead and the printer he are out of warranty.  Hot water rinse printhead - HP ink printers of the series with removable head.

  I have recommended this solution to others and have been successful, but I can't guarantee that this will solve the problem, it is a term of type line of effort. I hope it helps.
