I tried installin drivers available to the general public in the HP website. Is there a driver installation order?

How to find the Eaglets driver to install because there is more than one same name

Please help me!

Thank you and best regards,

Couples

Try to manually install the driver as follows...

Go to Device Manager and click on the video controller 3D needing drivers.

Click on the driver tab, click on set to update driver.  Select Browse my computer for driver software option, and navigate to the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

This file should be C:\SWSetup\sp69609.

Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

As I said, I explored the driver file, and it has the hardware ID for the video controller you have posted, so it's the right driver.

If it still does not work, I still have another suggestion to try to force the driver to install.
