• Need help URGENT: password Money 2007 Deluxe

  Last week 2007 money would not take my PERMANENT LONG password @ into the page. Clicked on link "password forgotten?" - took me to Windows Live & had me change password.  Return to money - does not recognize.  Found on another forum with excellent information IF I COULD spend my login page - but I can't.

  Trying to get back ino Windows Live & past changed BACK to what I thought was my PERMANENT LONG password (system problem w/letting remember your password).  It still does not work.

  Tried to restore BACKUPS; they want my password.  Considered as download version sunset, but it indicates that the installation will be uninstall other versions.  So, TWO QUESTIONS:

  (1) if I install the Sun, will be my data from my current Money 2007?  If so, that will eliminate the need for my password and solve my problem?

  (2) if she doesn't fire data, it will delete my existing program so that I lose data? If so, how in the world to solve this problem?

  I'd appreciate any help because it is CRITICISM that I receive in my program to recover my account information.

  There are a lot of options built into Windows to help you out of this situation:
  • Restart the computer with your Windows repair CD, then use system restore to set Windows to a point before your wife the password.
  • Log on to your account admin to spare, and then reset the password for your existing account (works only if you set up an alternative admin account).
  • Log in as administrator mode without failure, then reset the password for your existing account (the password is usually empty).
  • Insert your flash drive USB with the password key file (only works if you have taken the time to create such a key file).
  • Use the password indicator (works only if you have created a hint and if it's good enough to allow you to guess the password)
  • Check your paper files (works only if you threw down the password somewhere)

  If you do not know the password, enter 10 times incorrectly will wipe the device of all personal information, data, preferences, messages, contacts, calendar, etc. You will be notified before deletion.

  You could try connected to the PC and the Desktop Manager. Doing so will require you to enter the password, and there you will have access to your full keyboard.

  Otherwise, there is no way around the password requirement.
