  The application is special. I want some very large partition tables. But I can't design a perfect solution. l is a very difficult partitioning work!

  Now the problem is if I partition on the DATE column table (time), all operations focuses on a single partition - current partition and segments of current partition table and its index of becomes the hot segment. The performance may be damaged.
  It is impossible to partition the HASH table, because it is not easy to remove obsolete data.

  Yes, it is easy to distribute the data on multiple disks because filesystem used for the tablespace datafile (s) must be eliminated in a first time on several disks in widths of stipe physical 64 K, 128 K or 1 M. (listed bandwidths are just more common).

  The question is do you have a performance problem now. If not then the partitioning schema that you consider should behave about the same with regard to the charge of inserting and you will be able to use drop partition instead of deletes for the new regime should work better overall. Providing all the global index is not necessary.

• DV7-6c95dx: the battery latch moves very difficult - no spring action

  Got a dv7-6c95dx - battery will not accommodate in very well - lock is not any spring back to maintain the battery in and latch moves very difficult. Saw an article on the repair and replacement, but can not find it now - HowTo find a spring?

  Thank you for your query. I understand that the battery is not sitting down, the lock is not any action of the spring latch is difficult to move.  You saw an article on the repair and replacement, but are unable to locate it now. You are not sure how to get a replacement spring.

  Here is a link to HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service of Guide. After reviewing the guide, the battery latch is part of package. Please see Chapter 3, page 37. Chapter 4 is removal and replacement procedures. Chapter 4, page 47 a procedure to remove and replace the battery.  For your convenience, I included a link to the HP parts store.

• 2 very simple questions about 6225 PCI card

  I use for the first time a card PCI of 6225 (80 all entries). This card is linked to two junctions of SCB-68 block and my goal is to use it to acquire 40 Equations signals. Using the wizard DAQ, I came to these conclusions:

  1) the first 8 of my 40 Equations entries go out first to a block?

  (2) the block junction n ° 1 for each differential signal, I need to put a bias resistor 10 kohm between each AIGrnd and the V (-) signal. That's what I did with the other cards X 622. To do this with block n ° 2 too, I have that pin n ° 22, 9 and free to use all of my 32 43 signal. Is this correct?

  I know that these are 2 very basic questions, but if someone could just answer for confirmation, it would be great.

• Very stupid question of blackBerry Smartphones A

  I'm sorry to bother you with what I am certain is a very stupid question.  I promise you that I am in fact quite irritable, but this very simple thing has running me around in circles for more than an hour now.  I went through all the videos of tech support that I can find and I can't find one online anywhere to solve what is surely a simple problem.

  I bought a Curve 8310 this morning and is to sign up through Straight Talk.

  Unfortunately, the #& * ^ @ thing won't let me accept the contract of Blackberry Solution license.  No matter what I do, it keeps taking me back to the agreement.  I tried:

  1. enter everything right.

  2 prescription until "I agree" is in white (leaving "I do not accept" in blue)

  3 space limitation until the "I agree" is blue (leaving "I do not accept" white)

  4 space requirement until the two "I agree" and "I do not accept" are white.

  In these four cases, when I lorsque je tape hit enter, it brings back me to the license agreement. There is no other options given.

  It's obviously culture of the box, because I couldn't any changes made to the settings if I wanted to. How to proceed?

  Try doing a battery pull. Let it reboot and see if the problem is still their. If the problem is still their after restarting, I think you should try to get a replacement.

  Two things.

  1. do you have wireless mice come with the computer and it comes from the same manufacturer as the PC?

  If so, the driver can be updated depending on how long the PC was sitting in the store/warehouse.

  At the Support Web site of the manufacturer and the search for your PC model. There should be a Driver download section.

  I indeed used interactions of checkboxes or radio buttons many times for this kind of slides. That's why I'm confused and I first want to know if you want an answer to the second issue as well? For the first question, it is clear that you need an interaction of option buttons, I don't know if you want to allow more than one choice for the second question. Only when you need to allow more than a choice will you have the interaction of check boxes, in the other scenario, option buttons will do the trick. It makes a big difference, because the radio button widget has only one associated variable that will store the selected element. For the widget checkboxes, you need a variable for each choice.

• Very general question VMWare Workstation

  Hi all

  So I have a very general question of VMWare Workstation.  Here's the context: I am with a very small company and we do desktop for windows software.  My development computer running Windows7, and I have an XP Virtual Machine to the test on this platform.

  However, I would like to test the deployment and operation of my software on different versions of Windows 7, Vista, XP, etc.  However, our society cannot afford to spend $1000 on all versions of Windows, we can find.

  Are there operating system free everywhere (which is legal) images that are intended to be used by developers?  Or, you must purchase a full license for all of these operating systems, just to do a little testing?  How do you all your images of BONES?

  I know that this is a very general question (and not technology), but I would appreciate any input all have just general experience.

  My apologies for this very basic question: I am very new to Hyperion, with just one week of training! Anyway, I'm building a basic model and have noticed that my features are not in the dimension value roll altogether the [Contribution]. This means that entities do not roll upwards!
  
  It was suggested that problem was that I needed a Sub consolidate in the rules, but I put the attribute 'ConsolidationRules' = n. In the documentation it is defined as "N to use the consolidation by default and eliminations".
  
  I was wondering is there anything else that is needed to use default groups, or do I need to create rules?

  Why do you think that's not driving? If your building rules are set to "n" you don't need rules.

  Make sure that your presentation was made to IsConsoldiate. Make sure that you're displaying a "Parent.Child" to total Contribution.

  I looked around the site for a while now, and the differences between FMS and FMIS are often very unclear, and I have a few direct questions on the capabilities and I need to what version of FMS.
  
  1 is WSSF able to incorporate custom players or requires as FMIS?
  
  2 able WSSF authentication request (username/password standard name) before starting a stream or requires as FMIS?
  
  We get earlier to a point of purchase of our server, but put requirements in one of the two products is difficult.

  Among other things, the most notable difference is the WSSF version cannot use custom server side of script for example the main.asc file. It comes with "Signed Adobe" ready to run Live & VOD services/applications that cannot be changed.

  -WSSF will support swf player/custom client as long as your custom client requires no special help from the logic on the server side.

  -WSSF cannot help with the prompt for authentication, however, I'm guessing. It should be possible using workarounds as
  -authentication of swf
  - and your swf authentication using other servers over http / php scripts.
