HP 360: 360 HP - TAKE REAL TAKING THAT CRACK DURING NORMAL OPERATION - QUICK SOLUTION?

Hello everyone.

Does anyone else have this little question? We have a new printer HP 360. When the asple of winding turns, it creates a noise noisy squeaking intermittently. It seems to come mostly from the left side, and not on the right side where the main motor/control Assembly is at.

It sounds as if there is a part that is either too tight, causing the sound * or * the metal part that "clique in" the left side to grease a bit? WD40? The coil works fine otherwise. Runs OK, no slow movement & no error on the printer.

Thanks in advance to all. Look forward to some advice as appropriate.

Love the printer otherwise! Runs like a champ.

After a while, you will hear that noise on the side of the upper motor - I greased both sides (left and right side upper and lower) WD40 (or oil of cleaning kit that comes with 360) - but a drop of water, because your hands might get durty .
