Get "SmartWeb printing", trying to download every time I change web pages.  It never downloads and I have to hit Cancel

3 x to pass.  Tried to reinstall new disc from the printer.  Am on Windows XP.

    I now want to use this printer for black and white text only. This 920 cartridge needs to be replaced and all colour cartridges show as empty.  I didn't print in gray scale and do not use colors for awhile.     I just bought the Multipack cartridges at great expense... but just for a test before it is replaced, I printed a Test Page.  The old B & W ink cartridge works perfectly, although the colors were very thirsty (I don't need them anyway).   It is a strange behavior, like the last time that the printer has been tried on a document, the results were so washed out as unreadable.

    So, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies to me.  Moral: my printer will get the long OK until it is absolutely out of B & W. Then all of the cartridges will be replaced if necessary.  The box has a long service life ).

    No warning light indicates low ink levels, so I called "solutions Center". The chart shows all cartridges, color and black to be virtually complete. I then replace the black cartridge with a new cartridge 920XL, thinking that the original could be defective. Same as before results! I (1) printed to a printer status report (2) print a print quality diagnostics page, (3) aligned the print heads and (4) cleaned the print heads, all to nothing does not. I even carefully cleaned the container for the black cartridge with a Q-Tip to collect a small amount of excess ink. Color cartridges are printing very well but the black cartridges will not print. (Either by the way, it seemed to happen suddenly, not gradually). I would be sincerely acknowledging all recommendations to solve this problem.

    A utility that I used in the past is the printer Installation Wizard, it is automatically on what exact model/series of printer tries to be installed. Then it downloads the right software for you and allows you to perform the installation.

    I used to make the demonstration of proximity on the former C Series codecs by activating experimental byod.

    Although it is an older version, I could share my screen. This seems to have stopped working and now I just get no 'supported' app of proximity.

    My guess is that there was a proximity app update that prevents from working?

    Are there opportunities to get this to work? I use it a lot for a demonstration for the people to show the great possibilities if the upgrade of VC units.

    It still works if you press alt + F12. But yes, it is not supported.

    The magenta cartridge has suddenly stopped printing several days ago. The last time it always printed, there were large vertical green lines on the right side (that I see) of the image. Now the only color that print is ugly green. I have always used HP cartridges only.

    GOOD NEWS: This problem seems to be resolved. The printer started working perfectly again after I have it disconnected from the power supply, wait 10 seconds, then all reconnected.
