  My photosmart 7520 worked well until a few days ago.  It has stopped printing.  Wireless test report I am not connected.  I tried the wizard wireless set up to get reconnected but my wireless router number has disappeared from the list.  I typed it in manually but it won't.   Anyone know how I can print again?

  I noticed that your HP Photosmart 7520 will not connect wireless to your Windows 7 computer. I'm happy to discuss this issue for you!

  I would say to begin with a hard reset, by going to this post, How to perform a hard reset, by @Rich1. It is important that the power cable from the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector. Questions when it is connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power. This is true for printers and ink jet.

  I would also like to cycle power to the router. (With the router, unplug the power cable, wait 30 seconds and plug it back.) Wait for the lights to come back and try to connect to the printer again. Installation of the wireless printer.

  If it still does not work, print a Network Setup page. Print a Network Configuration Page, let me know if something falls down, and the number of disconnects.

  I try to delete all personal data before recycling.  I also want to remove the password of wireless network that seems to be in memory?

  From the front panel access home, installation, tools, Reset Factory Defaults.  Also make sure that camera cards are removed from the slots on the front panel.

  I have several computers.  Everything works fine with the printer in the Windows environment.  I have an iPad and a MACbook PRO with Maverick 10.9.4.   The pictures are terrible when I print with one of these devices.   It looks almost like a negative image.   I checked for the drivers updated, etc. for the Mac.   The ink is HP and levels are good.  It works fine with my PC computers, but not my Apple devices.   I checked the preverences of the APPLE system.   It does seem that the photographs.  Text prints very well.  Any suggestions?

  I suggest to remove the printer from your printing system, using this document: uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once you have deleted, I suggest to check and repair disk permissions: function to fix the permissions of all utility disk drive.

  I also run your Apple updates: OS x: Mac App Store apps and OS X update.

  After the updates, I recommend reinstalling the Photosmart HP 7520 e-all-in-one printer drivers.

  I understand that you need help to reset the administrator password on your HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer. I want to help you with this today.

  I will send you a private Message with instructions on how to perform a programming of semi full reset your printer. By making this discount to zero all settings will be restored to their default state of box factory off. It is the only way to restore the password for administrator on this printer model.

  That's great. I see nothing in the instructions, and the seller does not mention either. It seems to me that this feature would be another selling point. I do not necessarily want to disable it.   Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I see you want to know where to find the address for your printer Deskjet 2540 ePrint.

  The Deskjet 2540 printer does not support the HP ePrint feature so there's no email ePrint.  I've included the Specifications printer Deskjet 2540 for reference.

  However, you should be able to add the printer to the application on your phone as long as the phone is connected to the printer is connected to the same wireless network.   Once the phone is connected to the same wireless network, you should have no problem using the mobile app from HP ePrint to print.  I've included the HP ePrint Mobile App FAQ document as additional reference.
