HP 8620:8620 does not correctly print the documents: @PJL lines, scratches stuck instead of text

Just received this new HP instead HP 8600 8620. Former had some mechanical problems, as it will not load paper or stuck all the scans, well, it may be "just a wear and tear".

Then, I installed the new HP 8620, connected instead of 8600 to the LAN via a port Ethernet, a new IP assigned.

Then installed the new software on the users PC.

Windows XP test page was printed allright, but then...

Random MS Word 2007 documents will not print. There is a page with @PJL GAME JOB NAME = "Microsoft Word", @PJL lines of COMMENTS and the second page with a few scratches distorted instead of text.

More interesting, it is - sometimes, it prints to the right. The same document, the same PC, the user-only sending out to print again and voila - document done right.

Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem.

I'm on Windows 10 & Word 2007. The problematic files contained Hebrew characters in the file name. Rename the file to a name that contains only English letters solved the problem, but this isn't a work around convinient. HP should provide the update of the driver.

It happened with the default driver that windows installed 10 automatically and complete driver, I downloaded at HP.

An update:

Called HP support. They told me to find the IP address of the printer and then go to the Control Panel, the printer settings and to add a printer via the IP address, but not to install the driver automatically to add manually in a list.

The name of the driver is "driver of HP Deskjet PCL3 class" (use as default printer).

Yes, it's Deskjet, Officejet and its "HP Deskjet PCL3 class driver ' and not 'HP Deskjet PCL3 class Driver2.

That fixed the problem.

HP, please update the original drivers.

    This page is saved in UTF-16 format (Content-Type: text/html (UTF-16 BOM, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is sent as ISO-8859-1. Firefox fun to see all the files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and so use the CSS file. You will need to re - save this page as ISO-8859-1 and download the corrected version.

    10.2 minimum API level targeting

    I noticed that, while this works, attaching class SceneCover application directly gives an error of bps to the exit event.

    To avoid this error, set the class of SceneCover via ComponentDefinition and attach it to the Application class.

    I have attached a code snippet below:

    onCreationCompleted: {
        Application.setCover(sceneCoverDef.createObject())
    }
    attachedObjects: [
        ComponentDefinition {
            id: sceneCoverDef
            SceneCover {
                content: Container {
                    background: Color.create("#000000")
                    Label {
                        text: "hello"
                    }
                }
            }
        }
    ]

    Try and see if the error persists.

  • Symbols displayed does not correctly in the output

    Hello
    I discovered that the symbol of a micron has been used throughout a project of great help I inherited (Alt + 0109 Symbol font). The problem is that it seems well in Robohelp, but once compiled, it is displayed as a "m". ARGHH!
    I can't search as the find and replace tool also sees it as a "m".
    Is there a way I can get that it appears correctly in the output?
    Or y at - it an easy way to look for so that I can remove it, as browsing carefully each file will take forever?
    Thanks for all the ideas.

Then select fonts: Format > font and select Arial, Arial Unicode, Courier, Courier New, Times New Roman or Verdana can ' 0181 Alt + "will insert the symbol of micron that renders HTML (just tried in RH5 and it generated very well).

  • HP Deskjet D1530 print does not correctly but the test page is awesome

    After using the printer has multiple pages, the following pdf, I tried to print print with less and less visible text and clear the text boxes that are visible are generally at the bottom half of the words.  I printed the test page, but it comes out perfectly clear.  I tried to print other documents, but they are all in print barely visible in the same way.  Suggestions?

    My bet would be a problem with your color cartrdige.  (Some programs such as Adobe Reader can send data to the printer as color to make black).  Print a page of diagnosis as described in this document or the check ink levels in your color cartridge.

  • HP F4480 does not correctly print labels

    Whenever I try to print using Word 2007 on my HPF4480 address labels, the labels never line up correctly.  I always make sure that I correctly selects the correct margins, paper and lable #.  I have reset the printer and made the alignments and nothing seems to work.  Does anyone have a solution?

    Just having the same problem with a newly purchased Deskjet 1000 and have found my answer.

    The printer is an American company, default size paper "letter".  But being in the United Kingdom, we use labels and A4 paper.   With normal printing, this seems to make no difference, but with labels, it bad.

    I went into the properties of the printer and change the default to A4 and now labels work very well.

    It's a shame that it is not in the FAQ.

  • M2Q28A: Deskjet GT 5820 does not correctly print legal paper size.

    The printer does not print correctly if I change the legal paper size it says paper mismatch. a procedure that I didn't change default paper size. then I change th EWS configuration too but the problem is still there. Please help me.

    My operating system is windows 7 and 10 please help.

    Hi @S3dnnie,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I was looking at the specifications of the printer HP DeskJet GT 5820 User Guide and it doesn't list legal document as a support for a type of paper supported, but if it has legal papers for a paper Type in the menu drop down, it should be able to print.

    I download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor to check the printer software. This tool can diagnose and solve many problems of printing software and printer.

    Please let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

  • OfficeJet pro 8610: Hey, Experts! 8610 does not correctly print controls

    QuickBooks Pro is based on the software of the printer installed to control the printing order.  In other words, controls are loaded FACE down, with Check #1 the first to be fired, then #2 and so on.

    However, even if she PULLS check #1, it displays the LAST audit of the lot.  Apparently, a recent update of the software (?) REMOVED that feature of the 8610, or so I was told.  In any case, it isn't here.  I was given of the workaround was to install Basic 64 bit software 8600 and reallocate this printer driver.  Does not work - it did not always provide the option.

    Print a large NUMBER of controls.  I do the bookkeeping for the 14 divisions, all with their own accounts of cheques and that (at least for me) is a feature of CRITICISM .

    One of the EXPERTS in the hope can fix, here on #HPExpertDay.

    The driver for Deskjet 6980 point 8.1 of Windows has an option in the NIV for the order of the pages.  This driver is compatible with the Officejet 8610.

  • Pow() does not correctly handle the fractional exponent

    The pow() function does not seem to properly handle fractional exhibitors.  The correct value is returned by the function pow() to the following code:

    hole_position [B5_B].neutronCount.presentCount = pow ((hole_position [10].detectorCurrent * hole_position [12].detectorCurrent * hole_position[13].detectorCurrent), 0.333);

    For values of current 1.1e - 7, 1.3e - 7 and 1.4E - 7, a value of 1.28E - 7 is returned.

    I had originally used the following code:

    hole_position [B5_B].neutronCount.presentCount =
    Pow ((hole_position [10].detectorCurrent *.detectorCurrent hole_position [12]))
    ((* hole_position [13] .detectorCurrent), 1/3);

    In this case, pow() returned a value of 1 for current values.

    0.333 using gives the precision necessary for my application, but the behavior during the passage of a fractional exponent seems to be a minor bug in this library function.

    This isn't a problem with pow, but rather a hunt for witches of the C language. In your code, 1 and 3 are treated as integers, and the division of two integers is an integer result. 1/3 becomes the integer 0. That's why pow returns 1.

    The solution is to do something to this effect:

    ((double)-1) / 3

    or better,.

    1.0 / 3.0

    As long as you make sure that one of the operands is double, the result will be too.
