  I got a blue screen of death issue. So I was setting the pc to the factory settings using the recovery on the HARD drive system. During the process, the pc has picked up on and now it won't do anything. Right guard reboot, not even start in safe mode. My HP Pavilion a6863w did not come with recovery discs, a section on the HARD drive has been designated for this. Before this happened I was able to run diagnostics and everything going on. processor, memory, hard drive, everything passed. How can I get the disks to recover. I have a HDD Seagate Barracuda 750.
