HP color laser jet cm1312 mfp sharing does not work

Hello, I have a problem.
The this printer to connect to the server (windows 7 32 bit, latest driver).
Other users (network) may not print, but after restart server, everything works...
What is my problem? Help, please.

To understand the issue correctly, try the following:

1. If all the shared PC are not able to print, check if you are able to print from the server PC.

If print server as PC still work, there will be some communication issue betn the server and the other computer on the network.

2. If printing from computer Sever also does not work unless you restart the server PC, it might be a problem with the spooler on the server or the printer driver. You can try to reinstall the printer driver and the reshare to PC network and check.

3. this question could also arise from the printer itself. Tray to update the Firmware of the printer to the latest version and check.

4. If the driver on the server is offline, try now to turn off the SNMP state:

From the Windows desktop, select Start, settings, and then click Printers. The icon of the pilot series HP LaserJet XXX, right-click and select the Ports tab, check if the correct network (IP address of the printer) port is enabled in the list of ports, click on the button Configure the Port, in the Port Settings window, uncheck the box next to the option "SNMP status enabled" (disable), click OK to save the settings , click on apply and then click OK to exit the properties of the driver.

    I loaded two cartridges with success, but with the third (CB541A - Cyan) I get the 'delete the shipping in the Cyan cartridge latch '. It IS deleted. I put the old cartridge and no problems, I tried again with the new and the same message appears. I tried to turn off the machine with the new cartridge in but nothing works.

    But not sure since the old one works, sounds like a faulty new cartridge. Consider a replacement.

    Less than two months ago, I upgraded my HP Jet Windows 7 to 10. Over time some questions popped up (random apps that could not be opened, etc.) so I decided to do a full reset, deleting the files from the user. Once the 'install' process is complete he brought me to the initial configuration for Windows 10 screen, asking me my keyboard and language preference. He would not accept any contact entry. I rebooted it and he went to the advanced configuration where I could use the touch screen to do a complete reset. That has not changed anything. I found the info on the HP website and did a reset of the BIOS. That has not changed anything. I got an OTG cable, but was not able to get a keyboard work. I did, however, get a mouse works and has managed to create a new user and login. However, the touchscreen does not work in Windows. I was able to get into the settings and looked at the Device Manager settings. There was only a mouse driver listed under Human Interface. I also noticed a number of question marks in the subtopic of the processor drivers.

    I was able to use the OTG cable to try to re - install Windows 10 from a USB key. When a similar initial settings (language, keyboard) screen broke, I couldn't use the touchscreen. Later, I created a USB with Windows 8.1 thinking he might have a better chance. The same problem. He does not touch inputs. And with a key USB installed via the OTG cable, I can't launch a mouse at the same time.

    It is strange that I have not the problem in the BIOS or advanced startup options. It seems that there is a corruption somewhere, but how do I fix?

    You did a clean install (delete all files and programs) the 2nd time you reinstalled Windows 10?

    That's what you need to do first.

    Then, you have to go to the HP website and install the drivers on your USB.

    The filesystem (vmhgfs module) driver is used only for the shared folder

    The VMWare Tools included with fusion 7.0.1 solved this problem for me (and without any serious regressions I noticed so far, at least, which is nice but not something I intend on with vmware), so probably the next update of each VMware product should include the updated tools.  Don't know how long updates to other products are coming, however.  Wonder if there is a separate place to get just the tools to day?

    I'm running a MBP, OS X 10.9.2 (Mavericks), VMWare Fusion 6.0.2 with a Windows 7 VM. The elements copied to the Clipboard in one are not properly shared with the other. I went in every parameter I know to try to solve this problem, no dice.

    1. click on the menu Virtual Machine-> settings, then click on the button of isolation in the Panel settings, Pls, make sure that the two check box (enable D & D, caillet &) and checked.

    2. If the boxes are check, have you already tried to install VMware tools by clicking on the Virtual Machines menu-> reinstall VMware Tools? Can drag you a file from the Mavericks to the Windows 7 VM? No sharing of Clipboard does not work when Windows 7 has just started and no other application does?

    Y at - it an app for my iPad that would allow me to send printing to this printer from my iPad? I had an ePrint application but learned that it was only to wireless printers, and allows the CM2320 for network printing, but not wireless.

    Sorry this printer does not have wireless and e-print function. To send the job through your ipad requires service e-print and not necessarily wireless enabled printer.

  • Lexmark X 5650 works very well with Windows 7 Home-64, now, color and size of the pages does not work. The ink is OK. Can't find the solution anywhere! I tried Mr. Fixit... Nothing helps

    Have Windows 7 home - 64. Been using Lexmark X 5650 printer successfully several times. Now only print black and white photos.  Also a part of any page I want to copy will be printed, only in B & W.  Sizes does not correctly... and a lot of ink color & black.  Tried all the suggestion of Mr. Fixit, nothing helps.  Help please!

  • Color Laser Jet M277dw MFP: Print quality

    Just got this new printer today.  Already, I'm sorry that I bought.  Too complicated to implement.  It replaced an Epson Office Jet which was VERY user friendly.  Support staff is fairly dismissive.

    I tried to print a greeting card with a colored background and white printing.  It print out okay, but the impression was black and unreadable.

    Any ideas?

    Just consider return it for a refund and buy something else.

  • Laser Jet 4500N disconnection and does not print

    I got a cable (mini centronics USB) to connect the printer to my mac OS x 10.9.5 via USB. This is my first time the printer connected.  I recognized the printer and installed. He has not been able to print an entire page.  When I select printer and print it Say "Sending data to Printer".  The window will then say "the printer is not connected.  Then I can unplug the usb on the printer and plug it in again and it will print some of the page. (it seems that it prints better if its only text and no image or ink.)  Sometimes, I have to uninstall the printer and install again.

    The pilot is a 19.8 for the printer?

    It is printing only about 10% of a page.

    It says at the top. Any idea here?

  • When I open a program, I see flashing colors around the window. This does not work in safe mode.

    Hi, I have Windows 7 running on a new 4330 s HP's ProBook. I find when I open a window envelope program flashes of clear color. When the computer has started in safe mode the flashing stops. When we run the Task Manager and look under the processes tab, I see that the file named ReStart.exe is disappear and reappear when I try and stop the process, I get a message window titled terminate treatment impossible and the message in the window's "the operation could not be performed. Access is denied. Can anyone help that when the window is flashing the program will not respond to mouse clicks and keyboard entry. I ran virus with Trend Microsystems and AVG free version checks, but I still have this problem.

  • HP P2055dn Laser printer. Firmware update does not work.

    HP P2055dn Laser printer. Win 7-64. USB is connected. Download the appropriate firmware update, ljp2055dn_FW_Update_20120131.exe. Running the file. Select the printer in the dialog box. Printer has been powered up and ready. Bar showed progress update was sent to the printer and concluded successfully, with a smiling face in the dialog box. However, printer doesn't react at all, just keep to indicate loan. When the Self Test / Configuration page, it always shows firmware like 20111214.

    Printer works fine. The update is supposed to fix a security hole.

    Found the answer on the support page for businesses. Buried in the Menu of configuration, to the terms of Service, the last menu item is RFU. This determines if the firmware can be updated. The default value is OFF and LOCKED. It must be put on updating the firmware. After update, it will automatically return to CLOSED and LOCKED.

    It would have been nice if HP put it in the manual, rather than trying to pay $35 for the support of something that should have been documented. Must be a secret or maybe I'm the only person who didn't know what that meant the RFU.
