HP Color LaserJet Pro M177 MFP: HP Color LaserJet not able to connect to connected HP
I try to activate my printer (HP Color LaserJet M177fw MFP Pro) ePrint and much more, but I'm not able to do it cause connection problem, I guess.
When I'm trying to 'print the information sheet', for example, the printer is not able to connect (stay on 'Sign in' loop indefinitely).
My printer is less than a Vodafone EasyBox router, with firewall disabled and no specific barriers defined by me.
Should I set some port forwarding (even if they should apply to ignore the firewall, when turned on) or any other specific configuration in the router?

To enable Web Services fumctionality, you'll need to install the latest firmware on your printer (version 20160525)
You can locate the current version of your printer by selecting configuration > reports > Page of Configuration, the firmware version is listed under the information section on the printer.
Updated the firmware on Linux by following these steps, but I don't know if the latest firmware is available for Linux or not, try:

I just got my new printer today. I followed the instructions to the letter. Now I try to connect to my network to the "Wireless Setup Wizard" that my router does not support WPS. According to the specification, series printers LaserJet Pro MFP M177 only supports the Cffp/PCLmS of Language of Description of Page (PDF-based PDL ).
I had used my LaserJet MFP Pro wireless without problem for several years, with the Mavericks and Yosemite. A few weeks ago a "update" the printer system is invisible. After several hours of troubleshooting and to try five or six corrections, I finally got the printer online by using the IP address.

This model is not the function of scan from the control panel. You must use the HP scanner on a computer to scan software.

But you can install an APP on the printer itself called "Scan to Email".
Once you register with www.hpconnect.com, you can add the APP.
Click on add a device under the devices tab.
Put in the claim code you printed to register and add the printer.
Click the Services tab, then click on the sign - on the right side.
Select your printer from the drop-down list.
Then scroll to the application called "Scan to Email".
Click on add to my printable cards.
Now you should have an icon on the screen of the printer under APPS, called "Scan to Email".

I've seen other messages on how to reset the printer to try to get the touch screen to work, but none of this does not work for me. It allows to work at the time of purchase, but after all these updates, it is not.

We see fax incoming page-by-page on the machine, but it does never print. We can send faxes fine and were able to receive faxes not so long ago. We crossed on the MFP and the PC settings and everything looks OK. It's a dedicated fax line. It will show again received OK when we print a report of the faxes sent/received, but it prints ever. Updated the software of the printer, re-sat connections and also rebooted the machine and it works now. Will update if the problem recurs.
I am unable to get my L670-103, in the case of Windows 7 Pro (x 64), to connect to the internet via the ethernet jack.
I tried running the troubleshooter in windows and reinstall the driver ethernet with no luck.
The computer used to work fine with the same network (I have no control on the network itself, as I'm on a University campus), and my other, much more old laptop (with XP), connects with no bother.
I'm sure the question is focused on software that - I tried to go online on the same socket after booting from an Ubuntu live CD, and it worked fine.
What can I do about it?

What is card LAN recognized correctly in Device Manager?
When I plug the device via the port USB port unit starts, and that's all. Cannot see it in my computer, or the files of the menu drop down.

Hello! I tried for three days to get my printer to print something. For some reason, my HP Officejet Pro 8500 all-in-One a909g is not printing.
I tried to update the drivers to see if that was the problem, but for some reason that my printer is not connected to my HP laptop wireless. The connection for some reason any broke. Whenever I go to enter the WPA code (which is correct and yes I put it in place for WPA and WPA2 not) it keeps refusing to connect to my laptop.
If someone could help me please, it is something that I really need for my studies and we just replace the ink and Printhead and cannot afford to replace really. Thank you!

Seems strange that the printer is not able to connect to the home network.
If your printer is close to the router, you can connect using an Ethernet (Lan) cable.
You will still need to install the printer software when you do this so that the drivers are properly configured i.e. non-plug-and-play.

I installed my printer operated a couple of months and it as a printer wireless to my MacBook. Everything went very well.
Yesterday I tried to print a document, but my Mac was telling me that the printer was not connected, even if the two were connected to the same wifi. I turned off both devices, reconnected the printer for wifi on the way home the password, but nothing has worked. I decided to 'remove' the printer from my Mac in order to reinstall it again. The software is installed, but I'm stuck in one step:
The printer is not and so I cannot connect my printer with my Mac, instructions say that you could also connect thorugh the printer using the Wifi the Printer Wizard. I plugged the printer several times to my wifi at home but I am not able to connect it to my computer, it does not find it.
I am really grateful for any advice!

I read about the problems that you encounter when you try to connect your Officejet 8610 to your Mac via the wireless network. I have a few ideas in mind that should help connect you again!
- Try power cycling network devices:
Turn off the printer and the computer and unplug the router for 1 minute (do not press the buttons on the router).
Plug the router back in and wait another minute, turn on the printer and the computer and attempt to print something.
- If the connection still does not, try the following steps in the following order:
- Reset the printing system
- Repair disk permissions
- Restart the Mac.
- Install the complete driver here: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-all-in-one printer
- In addition, to download this driver: HP v3.0 for OS X printer drivers
