HP Designjet T1300 error 08:04

Hello!

I have a T1300 Designjet, a few years old (2010 I think) and I have printed a few rolls of paper on it. (5-6)? There are a few firmware updates he has begun to show 08:04 error message. He asked me to update the firmware, if the problem persists (does it well). I have the new firmware (?) IG_04_00_05.2.

Sometimes I have to reboot 10 to 15 times before I can print. Sometimes it goes to error if I don't use pace for an hour or two. Sometimes he goes to error in the middle of printing, or just by turning or when ever. Sometimes it starts immediately and I can print all day with no problems.

Any ideas?

Now, I checked again for the new firmware. the printer says there is new firmware, but he went to 08:04 error mode in the audit.

Now after 4 restarts, the printer started to install the new firmware. at the end of the installation program stops and when restarting, the printer starts at 08:04 mode.

Restart the printer again and again. Allways 08:04 code. What is 08:04 code means?

OK... updates history:

Today first MS_01_01_23.1 was installed and after this IG_04_00_05.2.

No newer firmware available.

I will update this if it doesn´t enter the error mode more...

Today, I finally had the time to print again. The T1300 always happening in error mode 08:04.

Help!

I've never seen an INVERTER causes a hardware failure, but I saw them will interrupt power.  I unplug it and try it this way for a test.   Can you connect a computer directly to the printer without going through your network and see if it starts and prints normally then?

    Hello!

I have a problem with my printer, DesignJet T1300. After the firmware update he began to complain of oblique paper, showing error 08:04 error message and ask to restart or to load the latest firmware. From time to time, he showed the message and sometimes it allows me to go further and the menu without any error. Now, it stops at 47% and doesn´t let me not to do anything.

The printer is three years old and I printed 4 rolls of paper. How to load the original firmware? It doesn´t I would go in the menu with the previous firmware. (The last time I checked there is only firmware December 2013 and the new - neither one works)

  • DesignJet 5500: DesignJet 5500 error 5015

I have a 5500 DesignJet.  I changed the ink, cartridges and the dye prinheads 81 to 83 UV tubes.

I get error printhead code 5015 (only the black print head) which is a print head "internal power failure" or "Printhead Cleaner is not correct type" according to which manual checking.

I didn't know that the printhead cleaners are different. How does the printer know vacuuming is of the wrong type, is there a chip in the vacuum?

Anyone know where I can buy cleaners printhead for a reasonable price?

Or, is it an internal electrical failure of print head? And, is it possible to disassemble the print head and set the internal electrical failure?

The first hypothesis is correct.  The black print head has a power outage.  I would replace the print head first.  See attachment.

  • Designjet T2300: Error 59.3 Designjet T2300

    Hello.

I wonder to watch an error Designjet T2300 8.01.

Someone in front of me like a tried to solve the problem by replacing format it and the hard disk, which are both recycle parts.

For this reason, he created an error 59.3 & 8.04 (tracer require new original pieces of work).

The control panel were also replaced.

So after some tests it looks like no drive must be replaced.

Do I have to replace the trainer so if I replace the hard drive?

    Thank you.

I got the number of part of a confidential document from HP, you may have to contact HP service provider to buy the parts.

You can also try the computers in Minnesota, they are fairly well informed and have many DesignJet parts in stock.

  • HP Designjet T1500 error 39.1:01

    Hello

I work in a lab in small print in my school and we have currently two HP Designjet T1500. We dealt with this super annoying error 39.1:01, where the printer dump random rolls. This often happens while it is in standby. To do this, two printers and it happens to the two rollers. What I get on this just says error the only thing to do is to recharge it. Obviously, it's a short-term solution, but it takes a lot of time with how often this happens. So we can solve the problem for good, can someone help understand us why this is happening in the first place?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

I had a similar problem.  After removing the covers and searching, I found a small motor in the rear tray, which was not fully committed.  There was about 1/16 "slop between the pinion gear and the receiver.  The engine strives constantly "original" himself, but could not and it was never counted back-and-forth.  After a while (days/weeks), something would cause the engine to give and error (39.1:01) I discovered was a "failure of switch 1 to roll."  This has traded the roll.

I temporarily "fixed" the problem by using ONLY two roll, but it was unsatisfactory in the long term.  Finally, I stuck a small paper clip (not the kind of wire, but the kind of "jaws") in the tree that the receiver has been fixed, letting the shaft and gear to rotate freely.  I rebooted roll 1 and it worked for a while with no problems.

I can't find anything on this bike-gear/or what he does, even not in service manuals.

  • DesignJet T120 error 42: 10 (transport cannot move)

I recently prunched printer DesigntJet T120 Wireliss

and while I was printing a project (Roll - like paper A2)

He is arrested when printing with the message "carriage cannot move, check the jam... etc.".

and this is the position of transport

(he moved there that the error pops up)

so I unloaded the roll and removed support back Pope & searched the papers, there was nothing

then the 42: 10 error appeared when you turn on the printer

and when I tried the diagnostic options, transport did not move with the same error (42:1:10)

tried a soft/hard reset but it asks to enter a PIN number I do not know and can not find anywhere.

    can someone help me?

Anyone know what is the PIN?

  • Designjet 500 error 86.01

    Hello
Can someone help me with this error, I checked many instances and their share, I know that it is caused by a paper jam or a worn belt.
I have this printer from someone who obviously had a go before, he had a missing transport Bush and two screws missing petrol station. I've sorted but there still problem, new belt with very little dust around looks spindle motor, have replaced the cables as soldering a few contacts were ragged and faded, the new trolley and cleaned and oiled guide bars. I also have a new band (not yet equipped) encoding the original looks ok through a magnifying glass. Power it will through diagnostics and transport moves approximately 1/4 "to the left and back to 86.01 position error code, this is the case whenever I post transport. I tried checking the system, but there are locking in an attempt to drive the cart. Can a faulty spindle motor this error code? also the engine Board axis can give same code? If so someone know a method to check one or both of these components.

There may be more that just this fault, I suppose it shouldn't be able to until you press the power button, unfortunately it is one (starts immediately when it is plugged). Also, it is not off in failure mode. Steady green power led turns green after being pressed, constant on and off with the Panel displaying the same error code flashing.

    Any help appreciated
    Rob

  • Designjet 500 error 22:10

After replacing a broken belt I started having a 22:10 error when you try to print.

The printer appears to initialize OK and comes to the 'ready' State, but when I try to print (printer info/config), the paper advances about 10mm (3/8 "), stops and then I get the 22:10 error.

    If I press the button enter I get a secondary message 0 x 3020001, pmpmotor.c

I replaced the ink supply station but the error remains.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Not an error of the gas station. You check the connections of the power station (where the ink cartridges are found). If no joy remove all 4 ink cartridges, start tracer and insert one at a time.

    System error: 22:10

    Description:

  • Designjet 500: error 81:01 continues after changing the sensor roller encoder

OK, as described in the title, I started to conspire problems some time previously, I invetigated one error 81:01 a problem with the sensor roller encoder, I disassembled the plotter past the sensor and I worked for a few months. Now the error is back, so I decided to change the sensor for a new, but the 81:01 error continues.

A few times the plotter says has a paper jam and sometimes, paper begins to roll and dosnt stop.

Can someone help me with this?

OK, the problem was solved by changing the roller encoder sensor, I described in the title, after this error persists, l I demonstrate the tracer again and the stop error after I cleaned the optical sensor of the encoder to roll in the car. So that's been the problem, I hope this can help someone.

  • Designjet T790ps error 01.0.10

I have a client who tried to update its own firmware, and reboot after installation of the USB firmware, the abacus says error 01.0.10. So I tried powering down the front to start and enter the diagnostic mode. During the closure, the plotter gets partially by closing and displays an error firmware 08 and will allow me to do more. Then I closed the plotter of the main power in the back and attempted to try the service key combination to enter diagnosis mode "cancel + House + eject. The problem with that is where eject icon should be, is a question mark and the function key combination does not work. Tried to reinstall the firmware, and I get the same results. The led lights on the formatter to display as follows: 1 flashes 2 and 3 are strong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is virgin territory for me, so I don't know how to answer the question of whether the HARD disk may be the cause of this problem. I guess personally, that is, if the firmware is stored on the hard drive, then corrupted firmware can reside on that and become a problem. I can't say that's how these things work as HP does not give you this kind of information. It is possible that the firmware is written to the main map and map of trainer and not read the HARD drive each time you start.
I can say, as you probably don't know, maintenance manual tells you to the main Board before the replacement of trainer to correct the code that you are experiencing. The only problem with updating the firmware I've ever had is when I interrupted a DJ800 during an update and it fried the electronics module/main.
