  My printer does not print Excel files.  I have read some other posts that suggest to reinstall the printer driver I did.  My printer print Excel for awhile and then a few weeks later, it will not print again.  There is no error message.  The print queue displays a document to print, then just disappears.  I guess I will upload once againprint driver, but I don't understand why it keeps doing it.

  Please uninstall the driver first by going to control panel-> programs--> programs and features, and then UN-installing from there.

  The battery can be removed? If Yes, then please delete and then put it back to power. If this is not the case, however, there should still be a little button (it can be pressed with a paperclip) which should drain the battery and reset everything once it is charged. It will be useful.

  Hello everyone. I understand that you have to open the Printer Wizard. To troubleshoot the defective Printer Wizard, follow the steps described in this document from HP: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03640384

  Note: The title of the document concludes that the program opens with a Script error. However, the troubleshooting steps are exactly the same. Essentially, the software needed to start the program was not installed successfully, or blocked.

  Description of your model name is somewhat strange and A200-08JC is not known to me but overall Satellite A200 notebooks are WXP supported.
