to print using the duplex on the printer option.  I have to use the manual option in Word and in
Editor forget about trying to use the printer at all because the second page is upside down.  my e-mail address

Please don't mark a message as the answer unless it solves your problem.  I recommend that you stand out my answer as the answer, since you do not believe that your question.

I gave you a very honest answer.  Why would I lie to you?  Remember that the people who answer the posts here in general are not Microsoft employees, and none of us are mind readers.

How is it 'round robin' to send you to a web site dedicated to your device?  You never said you had been there already, so it is impossible for me to know that I sent you to a site that you visited.

You left out the information in your original message because you posted in the wrong forum and never bothered to tell which version of Windows you are using.  HP provides drivers for some windows, but not for all.  If you use Windows 7, HP does not provide a separate driver and that includes Microsoft is not as complete would be a driver from the manufacturer of the printer.  Your problem isn't with HP, Microsoft.

If you are using Windows 7 and HP offers a driver of all the features of WIndows Vista, try it.  Many writings of drivers for Vista works on Windows 7.  Simply create a system restore point before you try so that you can come back if there are any questions.

Like it or not, that is the best answer I can give.
