HP Deskjet B611 3070 series: HP Deskjet 3070 series B611 Scan Driver error - failed to scan
Tried for awhile scan documents, etc., I am unable to do so. I tried the HP print and doctor Scan and the message that I have for them is "this tool was unable to resolve the problem even after a reboot" someone at - it had a similar problem and managed to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated please.

I would help you today to solve the driver Scanner error you receive when you try to scan from your HP Deskjet 3070 e-all-in-one printer to your Windows 7 computer. Thank you for including the troubleshooting steps you tried before reaching out for support. Because the HP print and the tool of analysis of the doctor could not solve the pilot error that you are experiencing, I'll run through some software manual and driver troubleshooting steps. Can I please you follow the steps below.
Step 1: Uninstall the device:
For the purposes of troubleshooting, it is crucial that we have a clean slate to work with your computer. Therefore, before you perform the "fix" I'll take remove you the package driver HP full software functionality of your system. If you use a USB cable connection between your HP Deskjet and your Windows computer can I please have you unplug this cable now.
- Click on the Start menu
- Select all programs
- Select the HP folder
- Select the HP Deskjet printer
- Select Uninstall
- Please follow the prompts on the screen to complete the uninstallation. Once the uninstall is complete, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Remove temporary files:
- Click on the Start menu
- In the box "search programs and files" located just above to start after you click on it, type %temp% , and then press enter on your keyboard
- When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will highlight now.
- Select the "delete" button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains the temporary internet files. None of the actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting Temp files. A Temp file should you will automatically get the pop up to 'jump' this point.
- Close the Temp folder when it is empty
- Right-click the recycling bin on your desktop and select empty recycling bin
Step 3: Install the device:
- Please click here to download the package full feature software and driver for your HP Deskjet printer
- Once the download is complete, follow the prompts on the screen to install your printer
- If you use a USB cable connection, do not connect the USB cable until the installation screen invites you to
- Once the installation is complete, please try to scan the image.

I read your post about how you see an error message when you try to scan from the front panel of your Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545. The first thing that comes to mind would be the Full Feature of the pilot version cannot be completely installed on your computer.

Try to scan again later. You may have to restart the printer and the computer.

Your Question: Deskjet 3526 will not - scan scan doctor says driver is not installed, but I used the disc that came with the scanner, so I don't understand why the driver is not installed. Is also not connected to the internet for printine distance.
It says on the outside of the box of series 3526, the unit itself said 3526, but the disc that came with it said 3520.

The Deskjet 990c driver available via Windows Update is an excellent match for the Deskjet 6122. Install the driver as described in the paper here.

DeskJet impossible 3070 wireless printing scanning or eprint

I feel wireless and scanning previously, that a month or two ago I got a new router, with a SSID being different to the previous one. I'm now trying to get printing to work with the new router. CISCO - modem/wireless router, DPQ3925
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times. I can print the Wi - Fi connection test and it looks good, I can print the network configuration page and it seems fine.
When I print from my PC it it just hangs there saying 'connecting to the printer' but never actually print anything either or ends.
"When I press the 'eprint' and he tries to set up the automatic update, I get a message that says" the printer could not connect to the internet. I also have problems with scanning - doesn't work at all, but as fate would be the first impression if you can help I would be very grateful. I've been playing with this for almost two days now.
I tried a lot of things I found in the forum, when I type the ip address of the printer in the browser, it cannot connect to it. 192.168.2.245 so I can't go this way of solution for the problem of eprint.
I have also completed the steps in the post on APple mac printing problems debugging, nothing helps.

Go into the setup to copy/scan to change settings. This has nothing to do with the wireless or Web services. In respect of the copy/scan (could be under the main configuration of the control panel depends on the printer) there is an automatic crop function that automatically stops when the mechanism think there is no more Visual data, or that it exceeds the default page size. It will not show you anything that happened there.

Hi everyone, I can't scan on my printer connected to the USB router but I can print without problem. Everytime I open the printer ' sotware (HP Deskjet 2510 series), I will be directed to install the printer driver and software (which is already installed). I tried to use printing HP and doctor Scan but it did not help. It just says I need to install the drivers and software for what more is already installed.

Your printer is not a network printer, it is a single USB printer.
By the printer connected to a print server (a USB port of a router), such an impression offers only sharing through the network, a connection scan is much more complex and requires a direct connection to the PC, only the active network devices (wireless compatible printer or a printer with an ethernet port) allow scanning from multiple computers.

HP Deskjet 3520 series problem the driver Installation of class after the victory 8 recovery
Hi.I am Leonidas of the Greece and I am trying to solve this problem in the last 5 hours, my nerves are in very bad condition.
I used this printer daily for many months without problem, but a few days before, it was necessary to do a restore of windows 8 due to a problem. So today, I tried to reinstall my deskjet 3520, but I can't, everything I tried. The begginning I started with the installation cd. I could see the 3520 to my device at the Control Panel, I could see it in my network, but it was not possible to print. So I reinstalled deskjet 3520 and I installed it again but has not solved the problem. The system stop at step who wonder if the printer has wireless and I say Yes so he asks me the IP address or the computer name. I write the IP address (I know because I managed to print the test page to the thw first time of installation), but I can't spend the extra step because "the computer and the printer are related to different routers".
Please give me a solution... I look forward to hearing your response.

By your final details I could understand that the printer is disconnected from your network, and therefore it cannot be.
Please try as below and let me know what happens:
- From the front panel of the printer, enter the configuration menu, select Tools and then select Restore Factory Defaults.
- From the front panel of the printer, go to the menu of wireless by clicking on the wireless icon, select Restore Defaults and confirm by selecting Yes.
- Disable the pritner.
- Re-turn on the pritner.
- If the software exists on your laptop, open the HP Deskjet 3520 and select Connect a printer using a wireless connection, if it was removed to perform the installation of the software, select Wi - Fi.
Now, you should be prompted with the steps to connect the pritner to your network wireless during the configuration of the wireless device.
If you still experience a problem, temporarily connect the printer with a USB port and then to open its software.
Click on the Tools icon and select Convert USB to wireless connection to reconnect it to your network.

Please verify the following services are enabled and let me know any changes:
- Open services.msc (start > run > services.msc)
- In the list, select "Detection hardware core. If it's not enabled/started, then activate/start the service.
Also make sure that the automatically-defined Startup Type. - Select "Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)' in the list." If it is not enabled/started, and then activate/start.
Also make sure that the automatically, set Startup Type so
I believe that the steps above should solve the problem of scanning.

I checked with a colleague at work and manage to Scan option should be available to scan the computer. So it looks like not properly installed software because you are missing this option. You don't have to 'Manage the Fax settings' option that is available.
I have provided with steps to unlock the hidden administrator account and the installation of the printer on this account to see if this will help this situation.
Unplug the USB cable and run the uninstall: uninstall the printer software (Windows).
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until you are prompted during the installation.
- Go to your Start menu and in the box "search programs and files", type CMD.
- CMD will fill as an option to search above, just right-click on it and "run as Administrator".
- Once opens in CMD (command prompt), type net user administrator / Active: Yes and press ENTER.
- Then, close CMD and then restart your computer.
- When your computer is on the newspaper in the new account which should show. It will be called Administrator and will not have a password on it.
- If your computer automatically connects to your account after the restart then go to your Start menu and click on the arrow next to 'shutdown' and choose 'change user '. Now log on to the administrator account, that we have just released.
- Under the administrator account, install the printer software: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2640 All - in - One Printer full feature software and drivers series.
- Test the printer.
- To disable the Admin account start at step 1 and type net user administrator / active: No..
If you still experience this issue, it may be the user's profile. Create a new user and try to install the printer on this account.
- Open user accounts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, click user accounts and family safety (or by clicking on user accounts, if you are connected to a network domain), and then clicking user accounts.
- Click on manage another account.
- Click on create a new account.
- Install the printer on this account.

DeskJet 3720: Driver Installation fails
Base driver sw installation fails with the following error:
Call to DriverPackageInstall returned error-536870329 for package ' < C:\Program HP HP DeskJet 3700 series\DriverStore\YetiV4\hpygid20_v4.inf
Thanks PCalaminci. I got exactly the same error and same configuration (Win10 x 64 with bitlocker active). The solution is as PCalaminci suggests: temporarily disable the driver signature digital verfifaction (looks like HP delivered a driver with a valid Publisher unknown/no signature that is the cause of the installation of the bomb).
Note: To temporarily disable checking of driver (on Windows 10) signing it is easier...
- In Windows, go to PC settings (you can search for it in the start menu).
- Click on 'update & recovery' on the left side.
- Click on "Recovery" on the left side.
- Click "Restart now" button under Advanced Boot.
- Select Troubleshooting-> advanced-> startup parameters and press Restart
- Press the number corresponding to the entry 7 "disable driver signature enforcement".
- Install the drivers. After your system restarts again once you won't able to install any unsigned drivers until you repeat steps 1-6.
Above works even if you have your hard drive encrypted with bitlocker (you need not type in your recovery key).

My printer (HP Deskjet 1050 A) does not connect to my computer samsung laptop.
IM using windows 7.
I open the HP Printer Wizard and go to the tab at the top saying 'Print & Scan '.
I then clicked on "Scan a document or photo" and my laptop comes with the message "The HP Deskjet 1050 J410 series was not found"
The printer is connected to the electric network and is connected to my lapop via USB. I tried to print a document to check the connection and it prints well, I also scanned and printed using the printer functions and which also works fine.

I understand that you are unable to scan from your Deskjet 1050a however, you can print successfully. If the full version of the software is not installed, the scan function will not work.
First of all, please running the full installation: software HP Deskjet full functionality and drivers
You can also try to run the HP print and Scan Doctor to see if it will fix the problem of scanning. If there is a problem more serious that the tool cannot fix, it will warn you. Please let me know the results!
