HP e9150t freezes and stutters after waking from sleep mode

This has been a recurring problem since the beginning. I have a HP with Windows 7 (64 bit) installed e9150t. It works very well. The only problem it's wake after sleep. He wakes up fine, in a first time. The time varies. 1 minute to 10 minutes. The first sign is the mouse stuttering across the screen. It's usually when I shut down the PC, because I know that in a few minutes, it's crash. I have the latest version of 5.29 installed the bios and that did not help with this problem. Other suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Mike

Maybe this will help.

I sent my 9180f and they replaced the motherboard and the hard disk, but unfortunately it is still the Truckee 1.03e Pegatron motherboard. I noticed the mouse stumbling and fall in and out lik before... only no BSOD still USB!

  • Windows 8 I lose the internet connection after waking from sleep mode

My wife has a new laptop from Toshiba with Windows 8. When he wakes from sleep mode, it detects all wireless signals. If it restarts the computer, it detects our own wireless, as well as all the neighbors signal. Is there a simple way to correct this trend? She dislikes having to reboot the computer whenever she wants to use it.

Very interesting what's happening on a new machine. Are you sure the original wireless network card driver has not been updated (i.e. through Windows Update or its equivalent at Toshiba?)

I guess that the wireless network card driver doesn't handle well "message sent" by the system when it changes the power state change leading to a 'dormant' device (in this case the WiFi network) on the revival of the fashion Watch (same problem with the Hibernate?).

Not knowing your model Toshiba, or wireless network card let me suggest you try the following if options exist for 1 # *:

    1. Go to the section of the network adapters and Device Manager. Right-click your wireless card, and select Properties. Go to the power management tab, uncheck allow the computer to turn off this device and check allow this device to wake the computer , and then save your changes
    2. Go to the control panel and Power Options to change the parameters of the plan (for the selected power Plan), and then select change advanced power settings / wireless adapter / power save Mode / connected and select value is A maximum Performance otherwise affect this value

    * Not sure about my translation of terms/options used above - I am not in an American version

If the above does not help I'd you make investigations with Toshiba on this issue as the owner of a new machine, you're probably eligible for a level of support.

Right click on the Wifi device and UNINSTALL - Reboot - it will refresh the driver stack.

  • Crash and resumed after waking from sleep

    Hi people,

I have a new version that drives me crazy.  I built PC before and never had such a hard time getting a job as I did with this one.  Here are my specs:

    MB: ASRock Z87E-ITX

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2 GHz

    Case: Fractal Design node 304

    Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8 GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL9 x 2 (16 gb total)

    SSD: Sandisk Ultra more SDSSDHP - 128G - G2 128 GB SATA 6.0 GB/s

HD: Western Digital Intellipower SATA 6.0 GB/s to 2

I use the Intel (Intel I217-V) integrated NETWORK interface and graphics Intel HD4600.  BIOS is up to date, as well as all the drivers.

The typical scenario is as follows:

PC has the value sleep after 30 minutes and standby.

I will come back to use it and move the mouse or the keyboard.

Lock screen appears.  I can begin to enter my password or simply wait - anyway PC restarts spontaneously and I will see the home screen AS Rock.

Instead of starting Windows, I see 'Windows Recovery' since I configured it to allow hybrid sleep.

He will resume very well and is completely stable until I leave and he falls asleep.  Then this scenario everything is played again.

I ran a scan with MEMTEST and everything.  I've only hooked the USB devices is a burner dvd USB, keyboard, mouse and a hub.

I'm no BSOD I see and not the Minidumps.  I checked the event viewer and don't see well there.  The only thing I see is a warning about my NIC saying network link is disconnected, then a DNS error.  I am at a loss and don't know what to try to fix this problem.

    Thank you

    Gary

All other sites work except these two, or at least those's ones I learned to freeze. Open a new Help window sometimes. But earlier, I had to start the mac everything again to access youtube. So what to do? After the mode 'sleep', I can't seem to google, but I can get to atavist for example. • Satellite M200 - problem detection USB connect after waking from sleep mode

Hello. I need help! I'm having trouble with the laptop Satellite M200 (Vista) - after the awakening of the mode standby, none of the things connected to the USB port is detected, even if they worked perfectly before sleep. No mass reader, mouse, iPod is detected - even the SD for ready boost is not detected. Simple plug in and out calls any action (window AutoPlay etc.). Sounds like a BIOS problem but my laptop is completely up-to-date with all drivers and all the rest (of Windows and Toshiba support website). Would appreciate any advice. See you soon.

    I'm having this problem:
The LCD screen may be empty when the computer is "awakened" from the sleep state. Nothing is visible on the internal LCD or an external monitor.

There seems to be a solution:
An update of the firmware for a component in the main circuit of the computer solves this problem. This update must be performed by an authorized Toshiba (ASP) Service provider. Until arrangements are made for the update, restart the computer by pressing the power on button for a few seconds.

If you check the Toshiba document you would see that your Satellite P300 is not related to this issue.

In your case I would recommend upgrading the BIOS and graphics driver.
In addition to keep your operating system up-to-date.

I had this problem under Win XP and a MS patch and an update of the graphics card driver helped solve this problem.

  • Satellite T110 - Defective Bluetooth after waking from sleep

SATELLITE T110 Bluetooth will fail after awakening from sleep.
The icon will be flick between white and green as he seeks my device (phone).

I ve reduced the problem to the laptop, because if I try to pair again phone to the laptop it fails. It's almost like he has a block?

Operate as planned, then I have to charge fully.
    Bluetooth connects then as planned.

It only became a problem because I installed the latest BIOS v 2.40
    I use the 64-bit Version.

When the problem occurs I run the Bluetooth Diagnostics and it comes back as fine no error reported. It s a pain now because I use the laptop mode "sleep" more off.

This is due to the new update of the bios.

Can you after waking from sleep just restart BT stack and try to connect to the mobile phone?
You mean that with the old version of the BIOS, everything was OK?

Last question: what was the reason for the update of the BIOS? I hope not the fact you want to have the latest version.

  • Satellite L40-139: new graphics driver is causing the problem after waking from sleep

I have a three month old Toshiba Satellite L40-139 (PSL40E) with 1 GB of RAM with Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium pre-installed. This laptop worked very well for me for the basic headquarters far tasks, and I would have no problem recommending.

In the last days I've updated the software and drivers from the Microsoft Update web site.

Since the update driver Mobile Intel(r) 945 Express Chipset Family (to version 7.14.10.1350, dated October 18, 2007), the screen resolution at 800 x 600 after awakening from the sleep state. The only way I found to fix it is to restart the PC.

Other articles published on the web, I understand that this particular driver (Mobile Intel(r) 945 Express Chipset Family driver 7.14.10.1350 version) has caused many other problems on a variety of hardware and software platforms.

Does anyone have a definitive solution for Satellite L40?

    I looked at four options.

    1. let the new installed driver and restart Windows each time after waking up from sleep mode. Rather, I must not do this.

    2. using the Restore Point created by Windows Update before the update of the driver, roll back to an earlier time. This seems to be a good course if it works.

3 download an older version of the driver and reinstall it. I don't know which version would work but note that others have had success with the 7.14.10.1280 version. I guess a similar version could be included in the driver Package that can be downloaded from Toshiba Europe site, but have heard that the time required to download this software can exceed ten hours and am therefore reluctant to try.

    4. the fourth option is not really possible. I should be able to "Roll-Back" the driver in Device Manager, but the button is disabled.

Although only a minor problem, it is very irritating and I would like to address them without causing other problems. Does anyone else have this problem? Someone has fixed it successfully?

    Hello Peter

If I understand correctly, you use your usual laptop for daily work and you don't need any computer high-performance notebook. If I'm right I have to say that you should be happy if the laptop works well and stable.

I don't really see any reason why you wanted to update chipset driver. In any case, you should try to roll back the BONES of time earlier and I hope everything will work again. There is absolutely no risk, and you can test it.

    Please post the result.

Initially, a reboot of the desktop computer has solved the problem.

    Hi Syed,
