  I just checked https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage and it shows (for me) after I click the button Edit in the Security section. Two possibilities - 1) this is the bottom of the screen on my screen so I need to scroll down to see it and 2) If you scroll further down after clicking on the button Edit in the Security section, does show that the two-step verification is on?

• Response time on the signature replacement keys.

  Last Wednesday afternoon, I sent [email protected] and requested the replacement of signature keys since my JDE plugin has been corrupted and I have reinstalled without saving the keys.

  It's now Monday morning and I have yet to receive any type of response outside the automatic response with a case number.  Is this kind of delay normal?  How long is supposed to take to get replacement keys?  Should I make another request?

• Replacement key caps.

  I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge 14 "model which is no longer under warranty and had the arrow down and arrow keys break so that they remain is more locked on. They just pop off when I hit them. I called Lenovo and they don't sell to the keyboard. Online search I didn't find replacement keys either. Even the cheap keyboard replacements, I found are still $70 and I'm not wanting to spend that on this old laptop. Does anyone know where I can get these two spare keys, or those who work? Thank you.

Windows 7 Edition home premium w / service PAC 1 installed, drivers installed, except that now there is no volume of beats on screen graphic dial button, click the button on top button on the page does not call the beat of the application settings. Futhermore; the motion sensors of laser to activate the keyboard backlit keyboard do not work.  Are there drivers hp software to enable the missing features?

• "Recovery to replace key" option is no longer available on the Web site

  So I decided to turn on notification of two factors for my Apple devices. From my iPad 2 is always on iOS6 (for reasons of productivity), he asks me a key to recovery. Instructions on the Apple site send me appleID page, where I can probably replace my lost key. The cool thing is that the option is no longer on the page! When I click on "Edit" in the Security section, I don't see any mention of the recovery of such key.

• HP Envy 5530: I replaced the black cartridge in my printer. She refuses to print in black only now.

  I ran all the standard tests. Black printing will produce only on cartridge color if used singularly. Print heads have been cleaned. Printer has updated its auto preset and no analysis of a printed item will be printed nor will be a printed document or the other. All prints have tried so far were in black ink. All worked perfectly until the change of the ink cartridge. Replacement cartridge used was a standard 301 HP black cartridge.

• HP ENVY - m7-k211dx: replaced HD with SSD again, impossible to install network drivers

  Hello

  HD on HP ENVY m7-k211dx not dead, no recoverable data. Figured why not install an SSD so replaced by a new Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB.

  Note: I have built many computers to office since the Pentium 4 days, consider myself as an amateur

  Installed Windows 7 Pro 64 bit without any problems (after activating the suport inherited in BIOS)

  Downloaded all the drivers from the HP site and copied on DVD

  Record fell with drivers on the desktop

  installed the chipset driver sp73543.exe, restarted everything is fine

  Installed USB driver sp70645.exe, restarted everything is fine

  Then tried to install two network drivers downloaded for this laptop specific to HP for LAN and Wireless support Web site:

  RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE Realtek 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Drivers -sp69888.exe

  Realtek LAN (LAN) driver -sp68120.exe

  First tried to LAN, Ran exe, checked the license agreements, etc. and it started to install, after a few seconds and error message pops up:

  "FindFile failed.

  After the closure of this pop-up a new error message:

  "Realtek network controller is not found. If deep sleep Mode is activated Please cable.

  Then tried wireless installation, after that starting exe command winow popped up a few seconds showing:

  "Please wait for the installation.

  close the window after a few seconds, nothing after that

  After trying several times to install drivers with the same exact results I went by the process of reinstalling Windows and go thru the pilot again installation process with the exact same reslts. Downlaoed new drivers with same accurate results

  Clues as to what may happen?

  Normally the ethernet driver will install if you do not first install the chipset driver.  Since you've done, it's a good question, why you notification of deep sleep.

  Try the driver ethernet directly from Realtek and see if it works... 3rd driver on the list.

  Wireless should be easier to correct... parts list indicates that your laptop comes with an Intel 7260 AC wireless network adapter.

  I see no W7 wireless or bluetooth drivers listed for this card on the HP website for your laptop, so use the latest Intel.

• Envy 15 K2T37AV: Replace digitizer for Envy 15-Instructions and void the warranty?

  I dropped my computer a few days ago from cracking of the digitizer, but not the LCD screen. The display still works, and I'm debating whether to pay to fix it or just do it myself or ask at a local store to do. My questions are:

  (1) do I have to dissect your laptop to replace the digitizer, or y at - it a simple way to just pull the digitizer off the LCD display and replace it?

  (2) in doing so void my warranty? Especially if I don't really have to unscrew anything, and given that the display is not covered by the warranty anyway, if it voids the warranty on everything else?

  (3) if I go with it, what is the model number of the digitizer and are there instructions I could follow?

  I have a HP ENVY 15-k012tx, a few weeks to the departures of key capslock flashes when I start the computer. After a few try to he'll start, but even when I restart the computer the capslock key starts flashing.

  Please become a member of the HP's Support Forums. I understand that you have a problem with flashing caps lock when starting. I'll be happy to help you.

  What is the model of the flashing?  Please see computer does not start and Emits a LED or beep Code.

  If it flashes the model flashes two then pause then repeat, you can find the latest BIOS driver to support.hp.com.  Then are not Bios Update for Windows 10 so select Windows 8.1.

  Otherwise, please follow the steps of computer won't start (Windows 10).

  Please keep me informed of the progress of things.

  Anyone know where I can get clips of replacement for two of the keys on my keyboard as the keys continue to fall off the coast. Those not too bad but other clip is broken

  AFAIK, you can replace the caps key only.
  If the PAC is defective or damage then you should be able to order one will put caps from a local ASP (certified partner).
  I found also a few online shops that provide these plugs use google

  However, the ASP in your country may still provide the necessary parts then I recommend you to make a call and ask need parts

  As far as I know, you can not buy unique key. If something is bad, you can get new keyboard only.
  F you are looking for plastic cover only try to buy some cheap and already used keyboard on ebay and replace the keyboard.
