  Went into Disk Manager and sort partitions on the HARD disk and I am currently Assistant support, but things are rosy.  Good Heath analyst.  In any case, I think it's done, I will run some checks down load all the updates, reinstall my software... but I would call this one resolved.

  Thanks again for posting back.  All I can say here is that some how a setting has been changed in the configuration of your system that started warnings.  Here is a link that may help.

  How to remove the warning of low disk space

  I was found with in many recent microsoft updates in the lost little time.  Change in configurations that require the user to know how to use and work with the operating system much more than the standard user.

  Some of the changes with Windows 8.1 made changes in security, management of feeding and browser settings that are easy to fix, but only if you know your way around a sort of operating system under the hood compared to the standard user.

  In most cases, you can correct many of the changes by turning off updates or the manual making them so that when they come to you can look them up and see what they do.

  After that, a Windows system restore before you notice any changes will help as well for the most part.

  Are you replacement recovery media? This could also be a HDD failure so that causes the error. Check that the HARD drive is still in working condition?

  It's just sad.  I'm sorry, that's happened.

  And I'm not sure what one should do; and I regret that no one answered - apparently nobody else knows precisely what to do, either.

  I guess at some point you will have to press the power button and turn off the laptop.  It can start later, it's 100%...

  Or - you could unplug the computer and carried over to a local home repair and see if something can be done with a system that is frozen and apparently will stay that way unless you intervene.

  If the computer is under warranty, you can contact HP and establish a contact / case - this can be useful if all goes on the side after you press the power button and you need help with the computer goes again:

  If the computer came with Windows preinstalled and you do not have try to manually remove the software HP Recovery manager then it should be there. You can click on the Windows Start button and type the name to search for.

• envy dv7: Create Recovery Media frozen

  I try to erase my laptop and it reimage to its original state.   I started to bury the recovery dvd and one of the first disc of the process frozen in 37% of the disc verfiy phase.

  How should I proceed?  I don't want to lose the opportunity to create the recovery disk.

  I'm unable to close.

  I understand that when you try to create your recovery CD it froze at 37% during the creation of the first disc.

  That the process is not complete it should allow you the process again.

  Please, remove the disk and restart your system.

  When I print a text with images document the printer stop printing and cancels the print job when it starts to print any image.

  Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

  I would be happy to provide you with some suggestions that may fix the problem.  I see that the printer cancels jobs when you add a photo to you text document.  The first thing I suggest is to remove the printer by resetting the printing system.  After removing the printer add printer and then try printing the document again.

  To reset the printing system:

  1. click on the Apple in the top left of the computer icon

  2. click on System Preferences

  3. click on printers and Scanners

  4 press and hold 'Ctrl' on the keyboard and click with the mouse in the space below the printer

  5. click on reset the drop-down list printing system

  6. we may request for Mac ID and color wheel for a while until the printer is deleted

  

  To re-add the printer:

  1. click on the Apple in the top left of the computer icon

  2. click on System Preferences

  3. click on printers and Scanners

  4. click on the plus sign (+) icon in the list of printers

  5 Select your printer

  6. choose HP ENVY 7640 series in the drop-down list next to 'use' or 'print using '.

  7. click on add
