  You will first need to go to the website of manufacturers for your model computer and first find out if there are native drivers in Windows 7. A large number of computers that are preloaded with Windows 8 have no native driver support for Windows 7 by the manufacturer. If there is no native driver, you will need to consider returning the machine and buying a machine preloaded with Windows 8 Pro with downgrade rights to Windows 7 Professional. Or look through the catalogue of manufacturers for systems already preloaded with Windows 7, usually the business sector will have these options.

  I have two systems side by side, we have Windows 7 with a number of applications that run at startup. The computer Windows 10 is installed on a PC equipped with almost identical and same processor but not the installed applications (clean install).

  If I turn on both computers at the same time, the loading time of Windows 7 and Windows 10 (allowing the time it takes for the password entry) is almost identical with 7 being a bit slow due to the applications and anti-virus software that it should load on startup.

  If speed is a concern consider upgrading a hard drive (HDD) to a Solid State Drive (SSD). An SSD will significantly improve performance.

  -How to solve the problem =

  Reset you first FORMATER THE System Partition (normally 100-500 MB size) when clean installing windows 8.1 (I don't know how to do after the upgrade via Windows store cause I never have I clean installed from the image ISO of Win 8.1)

  Then after installing Windows install Wifi button Driver Compitable with your system and of course to win 8.1 (SP63752 http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-123643-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en...  in my case)

  Here you can see the effective operation of the Wifi Button (F12 key) after restarting your PC

  Now if you install your old Wifi and Bluetooth Drivers you will ruin everything!

  I don't know if this has nothing to do with the problem but I had updated to the latest version of the Bios.

  I checked to see if there are any 8 - 8.1 Windows drivers available for your HP machine model and unfortunately none are included, also even if it had been possible to obtain the support of driver for the upgrade you should always have to pay Microsoft for the upgrade via disc retail Pack or an ISO download online.
